So far, I've had a really good experience with Artistry on 10th. Taylor and the rest of the staff have been great to work with and everyone is friendly and accommodating. My only reason for 4/5 stars is that the agreement process took longer than expected and felt slow on the properties side. It took almost two weeks to get a countersigned lease. Great building, clean, uniquely decorate and in a good location downtown. Gym has been clean not busy.

Love living here! My only complaint is that residents don’t respect the policy (no smoking). I know management is enforcing the policy and do everything they can, which I am very grateful for.

Love it here! Move in was super easy, the staff are super nice, the apartment itself is very well kept and is in a great location. Everything is extremely clean and well kept - really feels like a luxury experience.

Beautiful building and location with amazing staff. The maintenance team is top-notch and always addresses issues promptly. While I cherished my time there, the inconvenience of parking across the street became more apparent over time. It posed challenges, especially when carrying heavy items or during inclement weather.

Overall a good building with nice amenities and central location. There are more resident events now as well. I only wish the building would add a coffee machine for residents.

I have had an enjoyable time living here, very close to all amenities including groceries and shopping center. It is extremely convenient for me to reach work and one step away from the skyway system connected to the Hilton hotel across.

Overall, great place to live. Fantastic location, great maintenance, and very engaging management. There are only 3 things that I think could be better. First is the parking situation. Unfortunately, there is no space to park here, so you do have to park across the street at one of the garages. Not a big deal though. The second is that someone on our floor smokes habitually and it does make the rest of the floor smell. Management has been proactive on trying to fix this though. The last is that we are charged a high trash bill (~$60 a month), I think due to large industrial items being disposed of and the cost passed evenly to everyone. Overall, this is a great place to live and I highly recommend it.

Love living here but the hallway on our floor consistently smells of cigarette smoke/weed. The management does a great job with trying to strengthen the community with events, the common areas are clean, and the area is great. Just wish they would actually do something about the smell instead of sending a weekly “no smoking” email.

Super quick and hassle free move in. Beautiful rooftop views and amenities. Mailbox key did not work and KJ was quick to resolve. Other residents have been kind and respectful.

I haven't explored too much of the amenity's that the building has but it is a very nice building the staff are also very helpful and nice. I personally love the movie theater and look forward to using it, and other movie nights that will be hosted in the future.

There is a big improvement in resident events and the staff has also improved and is very helpful. Overall we have seen improvements since we moved in.

Nice apartment. Good area. Maintenance responds quickly and is very helpful. Parking is not included. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise I like it.

My experience indoors is great. I love that there is always someone in the leasing office during office hours in case I have any questions. Staff response time to emails is also timely and that is great. I will say that I am a little disappointed in the dog relief area. As space for dogs is already limited around the area I think its important to upkeep the small safe area we do have.

We have been residents of Artistry on 10th for two years and six months. So much has changed since we moved in. Since the new management last year, the place is super clean and the Jazz music is fantastic. The new package room system makes it so much easier. They are getting better organizing the best they can, with so many packages daily. The staff is so helpful. Dan the Maintenace man, will go out of his way to accommodate our requests/questions. We plan on staying for awhile.

The price and amenities! The decor of the whole building is very modern and tastefully decorated. The amenities of the building: A heated pool, patio, large state of the art kitchen, living room with televisions, a movie theater, fitness room, among other fabulous amenities.Great location and good value for all that you get! I'm glad that I am now a new resident!
Unsafe, extreme party atmosphere, community rules continously violated unclear policies and long delays to address concerns...surrounding atmosphere to the building extremely unsafe, they rent 3 floors as mint house and people just live there, party there and take over and destroy the amenities. If you have children, it's not the best environment. However, if you are looking to party day and night with loose rules and don't mind the crime and noise in or outside of the building, then this could be your spot. Sales team is super nice though!
Living there was fine, but move out process has been a nightmare. It’s been almost 5 months without receiving a security deposit back and no communication on its status after many attempts to get a response.
Well just like everyone else. promised to allow that any pet is allowed to live here and i had to get rid of my pet I just bought. Pool was opened only for 2 months since living here in October. Sauna never came around and rent was all over the place. Staff is great let me get that out of the way. I feel like it just has to do with Corporate. Everything now closes at 10 including the computer room and Movie Theater. I work all day mostly but will never be able to enjoy the amenities that were promised to be 24/7 and now closing at 10
I wish I could give 0 stars! We moved in when the building was still under construction, so we expected some amenities to not be available for a while. But after 12 months of living there, nothing is available! There is no library, no restaurant/bar, no sauna, the pool was closed for 10 out of the 12 months we lived there, and there was never any kind of security guard like promised. The amenities would have been one thing, but on top of that, the utilities ranged wildly every month. We lived in a one bedroom with a den, so we expected to pay about $100 month, give or take a bit monthly. However, one month we would pay $60 total and then the following month it was $180! When we asked what changed, no one could/would explain! One of our friends lived in a studio apartment and had months where she paid more than we did, even though she traveled 50% of the month. The worst part about this place though, is the extremely poor management. Any question we had was dodged and took multiple calls/emails to resolve. There was never any communication about things happening in the building (like the pool closing, internet outages, or police presence in the building). They have an ever rotating staff because they keep firing people (remaining staff members would tell us, without any prompting). We had many issues with the property manager, so I hoped reaching out to the corporate office would solve things. It did not. Brian is just as bad as Liza and took equally as long to get a reply when dealing with him. Do NOT want to sign a lease with this place. Keep looking, there are much better properties near the same location for better prices and with better management.
I had a great experience interacting with the sales manager Yvonne. The process of obtaining the lease and working with her, was smooth and her customer service was great; concierge services and employees are also very helpful; lead engineer Dan is doing his best and is always very friendly and diligent at his work. However, since moving in the first week of October, I've had three separate water issues (kitchen sink, dishwasher, and laundry washer) in my unit which is a studio. I was willing to look past the first issue, which was addressed quickly after being reported, but the additional issues in my second and third month of the lease started to cause me concern. I was concerned about the overall construction and quality of that construction given it being a completely new building and the amount of issues I already had. Additionally, the second issue was not solved for nearly a week and the third issue was not solved for over a week and just under ten days. During the second and third issue I was unable to use my dishwasher or laundry washer for over five days respectively. I am a simple individual who does not necessarily need extras, but given the price of these units, as a renter I expect the essentials to be of a certain quality and to work or have issues be addressed quickly. Additionally, I would hope the property manager would address issues specifically brought to their attention in a timely manner. However, this did not happen and is not happening. My emails have gone unanswered for over a week two different times since I brought my general concerns to their attention. Communication has been poor and I started to question whether renters are the priority. Ultimately, my overall experience has been tainted and though it began optimistically, I'm now disappointed.
