I couldn't be happier with my decision to move here. The management team is always responsive and genuinely cares about the residents' well-being. The maintenance staff is incredibly efficient; any issues are usually resolved within a day.

From a budget standpoint and convenience this place is good. Everything is nearby including grocery stores, marta station, rental cars etc. there are issues as well which i have already posted.

Safe and friendly neighbourhood. Efficient management. Budget friendly environment. Easy and convenient to manage the commutation between home and local transport, groceries, Atlantic station, etc. All great!!

Jennifer from front desk is amazing. Maintenance is fast and neighbors are great! Pretty quite neighborhood to be Atlanta and so close to everything.

I've had a great experience living here. The location is perfect for my needs, offering easy access to local shops, restaurants, and public transport. The management team is attentive and responsive, consistently ensuring that any issues are addressed promptly.

Very good check-in experience, the office staff is so nice and patient, even if there are many questions at the beginning, they are willing to help me solve them, especially Saniya is really great. The rent is also very reasonable, the transportation is convenient, and there are many shops and supermarkets around.

I’m very pleased with my new apartment. The location is outstanding, the staff is very attentive and extremely helpful. Previous reviews that I read said there were long elevator waits and homeless people in the lobby, but that hasn’t been a problem that I’ve encountered at all. Overall my stay for the first few days have been great.

The price and location can’t be beat and the staff are friendly! You pass up some extra goodies by living here (there’s no in-unit laundry and kitchens are small) but I think it’s overall a great deal.

Marta station right across the street is so convenient. Also, close proximity to Atlantic station, piedmont park, art museum and many others. Management is friendly and warm. The only downside is that the building is not very well maintained and not very clean. Overall, its a good and pleasant stay. Hence, cheers team!!

Overall, it’s a good friendly environment in here. However, maintenance of the building needs to be better! I thoroughly enjoy noiseless atmosphere. Big thumbs up for that. Cheers team!

With only 1 elevator working, it is difficult because wait time is higher, however, Amy is the sweetest and having snacks every now and then is a plus!

It's all been great! Nice place and I went to the gym, everything is very functioned. And it's very close to everywhere, great location too!

Location is excellent, management staff is available and friendly. I noticed that I am easily able to get where I need to go in the city via the nearby MARTA station and I do not have major problems with my unit.

Apartment is Excellent and staff is adorable , service is fast as air and elevator is slow as turtle, that’s it I’m enjoying living here rent is higher but it’s convenient

I've had the pleasure of waking up to a fantastic window view every day. The location is second to none, making daily commutes and weekend getaways a breeze. If you're considering moving here, I highly recommend it for the view and convenience alone.

Great apartment complex, staff is nice and helpful, right across from MARTA station, and in a good location near restaurants and bars. Very affordable for its location.

Great experience, elevator needs to be fixed and trash chute always smells, overall great customer service and all maintenance complains resolved almost immediately

Beautiful building with friendly staff. Only complaint is that one of two elevators has been out of service for over a month. The wait time for an elevator can be outrageous during busy daytime hours.

Some of the building maintainence is bad such as the elevator and sometimes the trash chute. Though for any work done for appartment maintenance is good.

The elevator is always broken and it never gets fixed. The building smells trash. The fitness room is not sufficient and old. There aren't enough snacks. :)

Arts center is a great place to be, and as a 6 year resident it is hard to imagine any other place to be home. With the perfect blend of price, amenities and convenience it is a great find

The apartment building is located in the perfect spot, close to the MARTA station and Whole Foods. Plenty of amenities are close by, and the pool is always well-maintained. On the other hand, cleanliness is a problem in the building, and the upkeep of things needs to be improved. Roaches are a problem at certain times, and the elevator breaks down at least four times a year. Utilities are sky-high, and the condition of the building can be overpriced. Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful, but there is much room for improvement.

The application process was simple and fast! I appreciate how smooth the move-in process was. I was able to choose the time I moved in, and they were very flexible.

Love it here! Clean and I feel very safe. The staff is really nice and super helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place in midtown. Location is great!

It's just an ok community. Paying for the location only. I wouldn't say an awesome experience. The elevator is broken most of the time. And, recently access to pool area is also restricted. Not a big fan of such restrictions, as I used to spend some alone time at night there.

Management has been very helpful as well as the maintenance team. I am settling into my new apartment and haven’t had any issues with the building

Reasonable rates and good apartments. The apartment is quite big for the price and vary spacious. We are also provided with donuts on occassions and that’s amazing.

It's been a great experience living here. I am able to live in the middle of Atlanta without having to worry about the extremely high living expenses accompanied with that.

Great place. Had some bad events recently for which they implemented security and control over the events and timing, that was a great initiative

Art center tower is a fabulous property with many amenities and a great management team! Not to mention the premium location!! I highly recommend art center tower!

Amy was a big help in moving in. She made it very easy and was there for any question at anytime! They have a very good staff here and the location is amazing. Didn’t think by the pictures the location would be this good but this is as good as it gets. Very safe area

Well maintained apartment complex, love the light additions on the 4th floor, high utilities which need some more transparency for residents, great location

An incredible place to live, amazing location, not far from anything, and with the MARTA across the street, you have access to so much of the city without a car. I would highly recommend giving it a look or requesting a tour if you are looking for a new apartment.

I came in today looking to view a 1 bedroom. Ms. Shawny was great and she was super nice. I told her I needed to move mid october and she gave me all the info I needed to make my choice. Really sold me with the views. Thanks Shawny!

Pros: The location is amazing! Right across the street from Marta. Within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and the park. The pool and patio area are fantastic. The pool is in the sun, but there's also plenty of shade and always a breeze. There are TVs, grills, corn hole games and plenty of tables and seating areas. The view is incredible. The apt is updated. Did I mention the location? Bc that's the biggest pro. The rent is affordable and less than many newer buildings in the area. Laundry is on site as well as a dry cleaning service. There's a small on site gym. Cons: Roaches. Lots and lots and lots of roaches. We used pest control and then just set our own bait traps. It helped a little. Maintenance is pretty slow. There's only a couple of guys and that's just not enough for the building. An emergency took a few days to resolve. A minor issue took weeks. Management isn't consistent. Sometimes they're nice and helpful. Sometimes they completely forget that they told you they'd do something, so they never do it. The stairwell is disgusting. No doubt it's part of the reason for the roaches. Forget about taking the stairs for exercise. I touched the rail and my hand was visibly dirty. The stairs and wall are grimy. Overall, it's just disgusting. Unless there's a fire, avoid it. The parking garage is old and tiny. Check it out before you buy a space (they're expensive), if you drive an SUV or truck, it might not fit. The laundry room has old machines that may or may not work. They keep a dumpster in the entrance to the parking garage. What this means for you is that, more often than you expect, the entire parking garage is blocked for awhile by a trash truck. Also, if you're walking, you will be assaulted by the dumpster smell every time you walk out the front doors. There's a lot of extra fees. $40 for cable that you'll probably never use. (Our cable hookup is in the dining room. Why?? Probably bc no one uses it) And other assorted fees that are explained but don't really make sense. Did I mention the roaches? I give the place three stars for location, having a nice view, and a nice pool/patio.

I love living here! I'm a student at GSU, so it's very conveniently close to my school. The outside is not as new and shiny as other apartments, but the inside is very nice! The pool is beautiful!
