horrible roach problem, reported bedbug problems and the most unprofessional and neglectful management company I've ever experienced

Not what you're told

No art. No management. No point. Other than the model apartments, it's too little for the money.

Management is on-site Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am until 5:00 pm. Maintenance is also available during those hours for routine repairs, and 24/7 for emergencies. Horrible Customer Service

She was very unreceptive, very dismissive and did not allow me to inquire about anything before hanging up even though I only informed her that I was calling about availability when the property was first constructed.

Ask More Questions

Not every unit has those gorgeous windows. Most do not have balconies. There is ONE elevator at the front of the building for 60-some apartments. The units themselves are handicapped accessible - but the building is not: if the elevator is out, the building is not accessible in or out. It's new and clean and most of the people who have moved in are great.But ask questions! We should of

Potential Tenet

Although I over qualified for these apartments, I would highly recommend the stay there , the managers were very helpful and patient throughout the whole application status process. I thank them for that more anything ! The apartments look nice and presents great opportunities for their future plans there as an artist at the art space apartments. This seem to be a very representable company overall ! Good wishes to the future tenants! Thank you to the 2 managers!

Beautiful Place to Live! Windows are Incredible!

We’ve been so happy to get a unit at Artspace. Both community managers have been, patient, kind and thorough. If you don’t hear back right away, you should email —they’re great at email responses. The location is superb and the neighborhood will be quieter once the townhomes are built. Stay the course don’t get discouraged, it takes time to get a unit. If you get a unit, you’ll be very pleased. The ceilings are high and at-least where we are, the sun is full, bright and beautiful. We even have a sunset view. There was no design spared in this building architecturally. We’re grateful to be here and highly recommend it!
