Virginia Village is one of Denver’s most sought-after neighborhoods, and it’s not hard to see why this community charms so many people. Located about five miles south of Downtown Denver, Virginia Village offers a suburban feel while still having easy access to city amenities. Virginia Village borders Colorado Boulevard, one of the city’s busiest thoroughfares. This long corridor is lined with grocers, restaurants, big-box stores, and other establishments. Along with several neighborhood parks, residents have easy access to golf courses like Wellshire Golf Course and sprawling parks like Cherry Creek State Park, a local favorite for hiking and camping. The University of Denver is one light rail stop away, so the neighborhood is also a great option for students, faculty, and staff. Virginia Village has something for everyone with affordable to upscale apartments, condos, and houses available for rent.

Property Ratings at Asbury Gardens
A TOTAL NIGHTMARE !!! Second level units have Wooden Floors which makes the units below TERRIBLY NOISY, YOU WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO SLEEP !!! There is NEVER PARKING DAY OR NIGHT ,You will have to fight for a spot on the Street AND IT IS ALWAYS FULL , Plan on Parking blocks away from your Unit. In the last year this Place went from bad to worse !! , Dogs barking inside the Units and running around unsupervised. WORST PLACE YOU COULD EVER MOVE INTO , RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ... LOOK ELSEWHERE !!
VERY NOISY UNITS , Specially if you move in the first floor due to Hard Wooden Floors on second level ( Hard to believe they would do that ), You will not be able to sleep at night "'LITERALLY". This place , along with the quality of tenants that they are allowing to move in .... IS GOING DOWN HILL FAST ! There is NO PARKING FOR TENANTS AVAILABLE and you have to Park on the street and most of the time you end up parking a few blocks away from your unit ( If you are able to find any at all ). Dogs inside some units BARK IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. LOOK ELSEWHERE , DO NOT MOVE IN, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
