Love how clean and quiet it is along with most of the things we need not too far. Plus there's a new Costco opening 10 minutes away, The office management are helpful the dog wash area is a game changer

The service had been really the people at the front office always on point with everything sometimes there is neighbors that are loud but overall the apartment complex service is good

great place to live however some of the office members ignore emails for days and our home was not made ready before we moved in so we had to put in a lot of work orders which is frustrating.

So far so good. Antonio and Thy were helpful throughout the lease process and move in. Apartment is brand new and has all latest appliances. Traffic is very bad but that’s a common problem everywhere.

It’s amazing to live in these apartments, view is amazing clean and new apartments. Community has swimming pool and a gym, that is what we were looking for

I was moving from a different state while looking for an apartment I was told that it would be new however that was incorrect. The oven wasn’t cleaned, there was cereal boxes in the cabinet, the bathtub drain was full of hair and the dryer vent had so much lint im surprised It didn’t catch fire. I notice when walking around on carpet in bedroom my socks would be really filthy and was told the carpet was cleaned. Everything else was in good condition and in working order. The grounds are well keep and the club house is great. The office staff is very friendly Yes I would recommend to a friend to live here

Beautiful apartments until you look closer. I'm the first ever resident in my apartment and there are squares of vinyl on the floor missing. Other residents do not respect the paid reserved spots and I've yet to see anyone get towed. Very small dog park.

Wonderful complex with great amenities . I do love the pool and the WiFi lounge. The only thing I would say needs attention is the trash compactor. Residents often leave trash outside of it over the weekend.

Absolutely love the facilities and amenities, everything is brand new and modern! Staff is very friendly. Pool is lovely, no spa, only downside, but it does have a wonderful grill area.
