This apartment complex is a gem! The units are spacious and well-maintained, the staff is incredibly friendly and responsive to any issues, and the neighborhood is quiet yet conveniently located near airport and public transportation. I truly feel like I'm living in a comfortable and welcoming community.
Great communities. Some construction, but excellent. Leasing office people are nice and lots of access to amenities. Quiet for the most part.
Very much in love with the apartment community. Amenities, staff, & neighbors are great. Only downside is the leasing office closes early often & I feel the doors should have codes or a call box to let others in especially for us on the third floor.
No complaints here, the maintenance is super helpful and friendly! Always waving hello whenever they see my roommate or I. The gym is kept clean and have most of what I need for a good workout.
Moving has been rough. Slower communication. Pool was closed for two closed months. Great areas with grass, and paths for kids.
Have been here less than three months. Not one thing has gone right. Poor communication. Lots of construction around on each side. Lots of walking areas outside
The pool sucks. Never available when need it. The Pool table is also not that nice. The mail room and the locker system sucks. It says i have a package, I enter the code, said I have nothing. Try again 2 days later, then I did have a package.
Construction started across the street, noisy and dusty. Windows are not soundproof so cannnot block the noise from construction. The other night construction crew was out there till 8 pm
Everything has been so smooth with the help of Jessica! I love my new place and the charging stations for electric vehicles. Have yet to try the heated pool, but excited for it!
Decent location and nice buildings. The only thing are the residents . They are often disrespectful of amenities which leads the amenities to close . They also do not pick up after their dogs and just have no consideration for other residents. I’ve had packages stolen from them as well. Property staff has always been nice it’s just a shame the residents don’t care for our community
I love living here the only problem is certain people not picking up after their dogs but thankfully it gets picked up by maintenance !!!!!!
This place was super nice when it was first built. It has gone downhill soooo fast. People are out of control not following the lease agreement/policies and no one is doing anything about it. People’s cars are getting stolen. Dog poop everywhere. Pool gets closed down allll the time. It’s like their shiny toy, they can just take away whenever they want instead of doing something about the incidents that are causing to get it shut down. The people in the office live in the apartment complex so by them turning the blind eye like they don’t know what’s going on is crazy. The maintenance guys is awesome! Very respectful. So one thing they’ve got going good for them.
I wouldn't recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Since we moved in, we've had constant issues. There are wiring problems in both a bedroom and the master bath that have never been fixed. Trash is often thrown on our cars from an upstairs balcony, and management does nothing about it. Our water heater has broken twice, and the air conditioning was out for months before it was finally repaired. There aren’t enough package lockers, making mail a hassle. The EV chargers regularly trip the breakers and are unusable. The trash is far from most buildings, making it inconvenient to take out the garbage. The hallways constantly smell like weed, and there are trash liquid trails that are never cleaned. Despite new management, things haven't improved. Avoid this place if you value your peace of mind. I will add the saving grace of this place: Brandon the service manager. He has been nothing but helpful and awesome in every way. If I was reviewing him alone, he’d get 5 stars. He is amazing and saved the experience so many times for us. Hopefully Dr. Horton builds the new buildings to a higher standard. None of the maintenance crew deserve to deal with this shoddy nightmare.
Moving in this apartment was easy and quick! Rebecca was extremely helpful and got me moved in seamlessly. The amenities are great, maintenance is awesome and the apt is really spacious! Appliances and finishes are top grade, I’m glad I moved here definitely a good choice :)
