So far living here at ascend has been amazing, I love the atmosphere and the community especially when there’s tacos involved lol. The gym is great and the maintenance guy is awesome
The staff and maintenance is very helpful and accommodating. The specials and gifts given upon move in were amazing, and the move in process was seamless. Very grateful for this place.
We were told that once we move in we would receive the gift card after 3 months.. but we received it 5 months later.. they arent straight forward.. Also we are the first people to move into our unit and we have various things wrong
Nice complex, nice manager, nice staff. Safe complex and the amenities are always clean. Close to everything, HEB, RR OULETS, Target, walmart. Nice experience living here

This is a great place to live it's low key, quite, clean, close to the interstate and we love it... But I do wish some folks would pick up after there fur baby, poops!!!

My experience at Ascend at Westinghouse Apts has been mixed—not the worst/not the best. Allegedly a “quick build," unfortunately, that shows in several issues that don’t align with the rent price. I experienced significant water damage from the unit above due to misassembled piping/hoses during construction. While mgmt addressed the issue quickly, I worry about potential smells, mold/mildew growth once the weather warms. Other concerns are: a poor paint job throughout the unit/uneven appliances/holes from improperly drilled cabinets/and a visibly lopsided toilet in the ma bth. The “wood” flooring is lifting in multiple areas, minimal insulation means we hear nearly everything from our neighbors there seems to be noticeable shifting/settling in the floors. While I don’t want to sound “ungrateful,” these are issues I have experienced firsthand. I expected higher-quality living given the zip code/rental price. Now, I'm skeptical of the word luxury in apt listings. Unsure about renewing!

Gates would be nice as traffic seems to be increasing in the area and on Westinghouse. The New light has helped tremendously with access and departures during traffic congestion time.

We loved our apartment til about 3 months ago when the gnats started. We’ve cleaned the drains, put traps out & pest control has come to spray & none if it has worked. I know they are coming thru our AC vents as that’s the only other place I see. I hate to pay this much rent while dealing with this gnat problem. I hope the westinghouse team will make this right for me and my family.

The property is pretty and new, but some of the other residents don't pick up after their pets, and the dumpster usually has trash overflowing.
I have really enjoyed living at Ascend at Westinghouse. Everything has been wonderful! Jennifer is my go to gal, and always very nice and pleasant to work with.
I’ve had nothing but great energy while living at this property since I moved here on Thanksgiving Day and it’s been cool. The parking at building 4 can be a bit challenging, especially late at night. I would love to get a garage but they are a bit out may price comfort. They are fast with maintenance and maintenance orders.

The community is great and I frequent the amenities. This is truly the best apartment complex I have stayed at. The gym and pool are frequently maintained, the only possible complaint is that the filter in the community water fountain hasn't been changed and the status has been at red for quite some time, but I own a water bottle and my apartment is literally right across the parking lot.

Good apartments. Some issues here and there but nothing that can’t be fixed. Good parking and amenities are great also. Also the leasing office hosts events for the community

Apartments cost too much per month. Have leaks everywhere including inside apartments walls and outside the hallway. Office doesn't seem to care when it comes down to fixing the problems cause by leaks.

beautiful interiors, any and all amenities you would ever need, i’ve used the dog wash multiple times for my puppers!! we use the dog park on a daily basis as well to allow our pups to roam and run

Hallways could be cleaner, trash never gets picked up on time so the hallways begin to smell bad. Apartments are good, not much noise and attentive management.
The whole moving in process was easy and it was easy because Reagan and Jennifer knew exactly what needed to be done, how it needed to be done... All around it was a great experience.
No Halloween event? The parking here is terrible but I do enjoy the surrounding area and a the round rock mall. The pool is nice but for the price better off going to Ride 21 or chapel. Or just renting a home.
The community is very clean, friendly & quiet at night time which is great lol. I love how everyone gets together when the leasing office throws party and fun events for us. Very fast at responding to maintenance request.

Pretty good community. Pretty quiet community. The amenities are worth it. The free coffee is a good way to reel people in. Leasing office has bunch of things to do games etc.

Jennifer is AMAZING! She’s very knowledgeable and answers all my questions no matter how dumb they are. She’s so helpful and patient and made the application/move in process a breeze. The community is nice & quiet, amenities are great, and apartments feel like homes. Love it here!
