Great place to live. Very quiet and close to shopping, restaurants and activities. There are plenty of walking paths in the area. The complex is well kept. Service request are handled within a reasonable time frame. Everyone is very helpful and pleasant. Love the events offered to the residents and looking forward to seeing what is next. I am happy to me part of the Ascend community.

The community is pretty calm, the apartment is brand new and the amenities are awesome! We had a great time by the lounge playing pool and we use the gym very often, everything is new and clean!

Great apartments. Been here for about 9m. Have not had any major issues. Floors do lift but I put in service request and they usually come next day. Never had a issue with the staff. Application was quick and easy. Gym works nothing broken. I do not like they do not have a gate but I knew that when I leased. We usually have police sit in the apartments until they need to answer a call (nothing to do with safety). I would recommend for someone looking for an apartment.

It’s very nice and realatively quiet. Much better since the upstairs tenants have quiet down.I barely see anyone because their seems to be only 4 tenants on my floor. I like the setup. It’s clean so that’s a plus.

Nice, attentive office and maintenance staff! So far I’ve been here for four months and no issues or complaints. Residents weren’t abiding by the rules for pet waste. However, the office staff was diligent about informing the residents of the penalties for not removing waste properly.

Overall, my experience living in this apartment has been pretty positive. The atmosphere is quiet and feels homely, making it one of the coziest places I’ve lived in. I do wish the complex had gated access for added security, especially after my car was stolen and later recovered. Despite that incident, I’d still rate my experience here a solid 7 out of 10.

Moving in during the holidays was challenging but working with the leasing staff was wonderful. They answered all my questions and they are very friendly. I met one neighbor on move in day that lend a hand with the heavy items. Thank you so much T. One other thing I do love about the Ascend community is the trash valet. It is very cold out right now but someone comes and take out the trash.

So far so good. Something I do not like is how thin the walls are as I can hear my neighbors every move. I live on the third floor and can literally hear when the garages on the first floor open and close. I've had specific banking/accounting questions regarding my lease/account and constantly get the run around from the leasing agents for months, still no response. Other than that, I love my apartment.

Overall experience, Front desk is always very helpful and very kind. But unfortunately since being here for about 3 months now my family of 3 enjoy it here overall i just have one negative thing to say. Our car has been broken into and we were here for almost 2 months when it happened. 2 cars where broken into around 2-3am. We’ve complained to the front desk and still haven’t heard any updates on the report that they had claimed to submit and to handle. Also my partner and I asked the front desk if the apartment complex would ever be gated and there answer to that was no. So keep in mind when moving in. Overall it’s a very well kept complex cleanness wise, lots of amenities here as well.

Has been the best so far! the leasing office fixes our issues right away without any hesitation. The community is really nice the valley trash people always go above and beyond when collecting our trash. The complex is really quiet for the most part .

Great ambience and surrounding. Great neighborhood and facilities. Nice swimming pool and dinning area. There is a pet spa and pet park as well.

It has been a pretty decent stay thus far. Neighborhood is quiet and there’s a lot of friendly neighbors that actually interact with you. Maintenance gets handled pretty quick

Facility is very very nice . Great amenities and the maintenance guys are fantastic! Gives you great peace of mind . The dog park ,Pickle ball courts ,cornhole bags ,pool,family hang out areas near the fire pit , and four bbq pits conveniently located through out the complex is amazing .Also the dog spa,Personal gym ,and social hang out spots inside the general areas are great as well. I would recommend to all families or single people.

The apartment complex has overall been nice. It’s be only seen a few people but they were all nice. The only issue I have is the people up stairs keeping up a lot of noise. It’s not just the 3 year old but it’s the adults stomping so very hard, everyday. It’s actually very hard to sleep and as soon as they hit the floor, I’m up.

Ascend at Ventana lakes has a Great staff and its a quiet community with sleek and modern look. I personally enjoy the 24 hr gym here and 7 day a week Pool access.

It's great been living here. Friendly people and clean neighbourhood. Swimming pool and gym area are great. Gym has a small kids play area which is thoughtful.
