Moving in during the holidays was challenging but working with the leasing staff was wonderful. They answered all my questions and they are very friendly. I met one neighbor on move in day that lend a hand with the heavy items. Thank you so much T. One other thing I do love about the Ascend community is the trash valet. It is very cold out right now but someone comes and take out the trash.
So far so good. Something I do not like is how thin the walls are as I can hear my neighbors every move. I live on the third floor and can literally hear when the garages on the first floor open and close. I've had specific banking/accounting questions regarding my lease/account and constantly get the run around from the leasing agents for months, still no response. Other than that, I love my apartment.
I love it here ..very nice and peaceful..the office staff are very nice and very helpful..I like that the office feeds the community from time to time.

Overall experience, Front desk is always very helpful and very kind. But unfortunately since being here for about 3 months now my family of 3 enjoy it here overall i just have one negative thing to say. Our car has been broken into and we were here for almost 2 months when it happened. 2 cars where broken into around 2-3am. We’ve complained to the front desk and still haven’t heard any updates on the report that they had claimed to submit and to handle. Also my partner and I asked the front desk if the apartment complex would ever be gated and there answer to that was no. So keep in mind when moving in. Overall it’s a very well kept complex cleanness wise, lots of amenities here as well.

Facility is very very nice . Great amenities and the maintenance guys are fantastic! Gives you great peace of mind . The dog park ,Pickle ball courts ,cornhole bags ,pool,family hang out areas near the fire pit , and four bbq pits conveniently located through out the complex is amazing .Also the dog spa,Personal gym ,and social hang out spots inside the general areas are great as well. I would recommend to all families or single people.

The apartment complex has overall been nice. It’s be only seen a few people but they were all nice. The only issue I have is the people up stairs keeping up a lot of noise. It’s not just the 3 year old but it’s the adults stomping so very hard, everyday. It’s actually very hard to sleep and as soon as they hit the floor, I’m up.

So far so good except smoke detectors going off all the time (3 -X’s) within the last two weeks) and gathering of residents/guests in the hallways making noise late in the evening. Leasing agents friendly and helpful.

Living in this apartment has been cool. It’s nice and cozy, with a welcoming vibe that makes it easy to relax. The open layout between the living room and kitchen is perfect for my everyday life, whether I'm hanging out or having friends over. The sunlight during the day makes the space feel even more warm and inviting. My bedroom is just the right size—cozy enough to feel peaceful yet big enough to not feel cramped. I have been here since June 2025 and I love this peaceful lovely community. Friendly staff and maintenance workers. Always answering all my questions and concerns. Great pool area, and we also enjoy the pickle ball court.

So far so goo! We just moved in this last week so it’s still pretty new, but everything is very nice. The valet trash picking up your trash by the door is very convenient, the seating area open 24/7 is a nice touch, and it’s a great location!

The apartment is great and any problems are addressed fast I wish there was more parking I see ut becoming a problem very quickly but other then that it's been amazing also the floors need to be put down better mine is peeling everywhere

So far my experience has been great! I love my floorplan and the area has a lot to offer. The complex is fairly new so hopefully it remains this way.

The verdict is still out. I've only been here about three months, so it's too early to leave a review. Pros: Generally safe! The staff is friendly. The apt is ok. The garage is a great addition. Cons: There have been some issues with loud noise above my apartment that no one can figure out. Also, the place is dusty. There's a lot of construction, and no one cleans or dusts the hallways. There are no elevators! Things are built very cheaply. They have limited staff, which means requests are slow. No one answers the phone. You are better off walking over to the office. I am too tired to add more.

So far my experience has been amazing, very quiet complex.The moving process was very easy whenever I had a question or concern Tracee or Stacey was very attentive and helped me ASAP. The apartments are very clean even though there is construction still going on.

It’s awesome all of this staff are extremely helpful nice and knowledgeable! All of the great amenities the pool pickleball court etc. just makes it relaxing and feels like home.

Beautiful complex! The amenities are well maintained and management is kind and responsive. You do get some noise from Clay Road, but nothing too bad. All in all, very satisfied
