Got out of the military recently looking for a fresh start and decided to choose this residency as a safe and nice place, only to find out it was not ready to be moved into. They left a giant gap underneath my kitchen sink allowing mice to come in and found one alive in the middle of my floor one night and on top of that there were bedbugs attacking me almost every night because they refuse to properly treat the infestation, they act as if they are unaware however this has been a ongoing problem for over a year and on top of the roach infestation they have aswell. If I could give this place zero stars I would, this has to be all sorts of health violations and hope these apartments get torn down!

Bed bugs are present at the properties and they refuse to treat them. Maintenance requests go unanswered. Locked out during holidays because of rekeying doors without comms. Can't cook food new cooktop won't work AC Can't run no power to it since breaker install. Black mold in bathroom caulking refuse to do anything about. Mailbox open won't close mail stolen. Don't move here this company is short staffed for profit reasons.

They don’t care about people, they just want their rent money . Homeless knocking at doors at midnight till am . Security don’t do none ! Apartments messed up , no maintenance!
