Property Ratings at Ascent Midtown
Decent property. Needs lots of improvements for it to be considered an upscale property. The gate and key fobs need to be updated or a manual code need to be in place. Getting stuck without a parking space you pay monthly for is CRAZY. Specially at 3 in the morning and nobody seems to care .

Ascent so far is a really nice apartment besides the exception of having only four elevators only on the third/fourth floor in the parking garage but other than that the amenities are really nice , the view is gorgeous, good location it’s right next to everything you need , and its quiet in the apartment no loud noise at all . While this place is nice and in a good area, the building management and leasing team are extremely lacking. I’ve had someone park in my reserved parking spot for almost a week and not only have they done nothing about it but they won’t even reply to my emails for help. They keep directing me to a parking app that doesn’t work and telling me to park in a temporary spot which is much further away and as someone with a disability this makes it much more difficult for me to come home every night.
Ascent Midtown has made our move to our dream city a dream in itself. We love working with the lovely staff and have enjoyed our time living in the community.

Fell in love with the property the first time I saw it. The amenities are everything. Also, everyone from the office staff to the maintenance crew have been nothing but helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience since I moved in.

Ascent Midtown is an amazing place to stay!! The leasing office staff was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Tamika, Jordan, Manny, Huan, and Johnathon are all amazing and played a vital role in getting me situated.

Being retired military I have moved quite a bit and I must say the staff at Ascent Midtown is possibly the best and most accommodating Ive come in contact with. My experience from the day I did my tour of the property to date has been nothing less of exceptional. The professionalism of the staff in the Leasing Office is top notch in particularly Manny. I pray Im spelling his name correctlybut he goes above and beyond to ensure that the residents are being taken care of and have everything they need. Even though he sits in the leasing office he will get up from his desk to grab a package; hold a door; help you on the elevator or just to say hi. And he does it all with a smile. The other day, while standing in the lobby, I heard some other residence speaking of his kindness. Hes absolutely amazing!! Along with all the other staff. The building and its amenities give a resort style living experience. Its a very clean and inviting environment. I will and have recommended Ascent Midtown to friends and family looking to move to the area.

Ascent midtown is a wonderful place to live. The employees are friendly, efficient, and classy. I have never encountered an issue living here that is worth mentioning. The amenities are great, they host events which are very fun and allow you to meet your neighbors, the elevators are super fast, the appliances are modern, and the maintenance is timely and efficient. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

I moved in a couple of weeks ago and have had a great experience. The facilities work well as intended. But, it’s the people working here that make this place very special. For example, Korhan, the maintenance supervisor was extremely helpful when I wanted his assistance with setting up my TV in my apartment. He was prompt, helpful and very kind. Bryanna in the concierge has also been extremely helpful. She does her best to assist the residents with their requirements. She is very prompt and understanding. Jacky and Angelica in the concierge are also very efficient and supportive. Overall, I feel justified in my decision in choosing Ascent Midtown. Great facilities, and even better people.

Ascent Midtown has an excellent location in Midtown where I can walk to work, to Whole Foods, and so much entertainment. Piedmont Park is only a few minutes walk. The interior finishes and high end appliances make my home impressive and yet very functional. Google Fiber is an option that I was looking for and makes working from home during this unprecedented time easy and without interruption. The concierge is amazing, they make the entire experience enjoyable and convenient with all services, alongside the management and maintenance team members! All needs are handled with a smile and patience. I truly just love it here!

My dog and I love Ascent! We love living in this part of town, and our unit, amenities, and building in general are beautiful. The employees here are friendly and welcoming, and they are always so sweet to my dog. He's a very timid boy but living here has helped him learn to love people!

Convenient location, friendly building staff, but unfortunately the dog park isn't ready to be used and won't be for a couple months at least. Great move-in specials.
