I've lost a few packages already and I think someone needs to be in charge of the mail room so the residents dont have to dig through piles and piles of identical packages.

Good experience but too expensive. The amenities are nice and it’s a great location, but hard to justify the rent. My lease is coming due, I would like to stay but my guess is they will up the price.

From the start, Halie, who took me on my tour, was amazing, insightful, and understanding of my reason for having to move (Hurricane damage to my house). After the tour and being shown all there was to offer, it was an easy and quick decision to make the move.

Great location in the middle of downtown st. pete. Very beautiful to look at from the street, towering over the other nearby buiildings. All lit up at night which is very pretty.

I am so happy to be living at Ascent. From the first appointment I had to look at apartments to my move in date the leasing staff of Juan and Halle were beyond phenomenal in every way and continue to be so! I’ve been here since the building originally opened and there’s been a few hiccups, expected and unexpected, but overall my apartment has been wonderful, the office staff that remains is great, especially the new addition with Willie he’s wonderful. The maintenance staff is absolutely otherworldly. They all deserve raises. And my neighbors that I’ve met a lot have turned into forever friends ?

Love the location. Love the layout of my apartment. Exceptional common spaces and amenities. However, the building has more issues than is acceptable at this price point. For example: elevators seem to malfunction often such that the entire building depends on only 1 elevator for a time, security of the building is not on par with any other high rise I have lived in (doors that are supposed to be secure don’t always shut, the locking mechanisms for several of the doors from the parking garage into the building have been broken for several months). The onsite staff is friendly and professional and responsive - especially the maintenance staff.

This is really a great community, nice neighbors, great leasing staff, great views, balconies are huge and the pool on the 37th floor is literally the cherry on top. Ofcourse things break, things happen but, they take care of it which is important to me.

The Ascent is a beautiful community with amazing bay views in a great location. I rarely hear my human neighbors, pet neighbors and Jannus Live are more vocal but to be expected. While Jannus and other hotspots are right across the street the sound proofing on the units is impressive with the balcony doors closed compared to when they are opened. My unit, building amenities, and community activities are a great retreat from the disrespectful heat. I can walk to grocery, restaurants, nightlife, pier, pier beach, parks, museums, sporting events, shopping, parks and more within minutes. The Ascent is the perfect place to be in St. Pete. The apartment and all the amazing amenities including the rooftop pool give a wow factor! Another perk is being right downtown and walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, and cafes which is a huge plus since I recently moved from Southern California. To top it all off the ocean is right there and has a nice walking path to be by the water!!!

The Ascent building in Downtown St. Petersburg is a wonderful place to call home. Being born and raised in St. Pete, FL I have lived in various buildings downtown and must say Ascent has been the best experience by far. The building itself is stunning and the amenities are top in class, clean, and are actually used. Beyond the building being gorgeous and brand new, the Leasing, Management, and Maintenance teams are what makes Ascent the best place to live. All repairs and work orders are completed quick and the building is ALWAYS responsive and professional. The Ascent actually cares about their residents and the commitment they have to provide a safe and luxurious environment is clear.

We found management to be so much more than accommodating - we found them to be more like friends excited for us and very eager to help us with the transition process. Juan is a true professional in every sense of the word and the maintenance staff can't do enough for you! From our unit on a high floor, you can see from Tampa Bay to the Gulf of Mexico and the view of the lights at night is just breathtaking! We love it so much that our son is moving here to the Ascent from Seattle!
