Curtis is a small neighborhood within the Inland Empire. Curtis is great for renters seeking affordability since the area has a lower cost of living and rent compared to other Southern California neighborhoods. There are a variety of houses and apartments available for rent. The neighborhood houses several schools, restaurants, and grocers, and there are several shopping hubs nearby. Along with easy access to several beaches and parks like the San Bernardino National Forest, Curtis is about one mile from San Bernardino International Airport.

Hi, Thank you for leaving us a 5-star review! We are so happy to hear that you're loving the on-site staff, we love them too! We will pass on your compliments to our staff. - SoCal MF Pacific Management
I have lived at Ascot for a little over two years now. As a longtime resident of San Bernardino, I originally chose Ascot due to it's close proximity to several schools (I have 3 kids that range in grades elementary to high school). What sets Ascot apart from other apartments in the area is 1. The sense of community shown throughout the complex, and 2. Its affordability. I can have all the amenities and comfort of a luxury apartment complex, at 1/3 of the price, and knowing who my neighbors are. Irma, the apartment manager, knows each tenant by name and can often be seen around the complex chatting with tenants and their families. With that being said, both Irma and the maintenance staff are quick to respond to any issues that may arrive, and with most of the concerns being solved same day. The landscape is always well maintained and inviting, and tenants are given ample notification regarding routine maintenance that might occurs on either the property grounds or in the units. Unlike other apartments that I have lived at (and looked at), there is always parking available, no matter what time you are coming or going. It is nice to know that despite my busy schedule, parking is not something I need to plan my days around. It is becoming increasingly rare to find an apartment that is affordable, safe, and close knit but with the Ascot I feel I have truly lucked out. If you are looking for a place that won't break the bank, but is well-maintained, I suggest you look no further!

Thank you so much for your kind words! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed the time you spent with us!
We have lived in several apartment complexes in many different areas but this was by far the worst complex. First management is unhelpful. Security is a joke. If you find yourself with an issue with your apartment or an issue where you need security, good luck. We had issues with our apartment from the moment we moved in but they said they would fix these issues and we had already paid, we needed a place to live so we just said fine. The biggest issue was the trash around the complex. A year we lived there and the same trash was all over the complex and on the carports the entire year. You can expect roaches. Getting rid of them is a pain, better to handle it yourself than deal with management taking care of it because their methods don't work. The carpet is terrible and the paint is terrible, the paint on the patios are awful too. Big issue was security. We had serious issues with insane neighbors to the point of needing to call police. Management did nothing. Neither did security. Once our children's lives were threatened, we just moved out despite continuing to pay the rest of our lease. We cleaned the carpet professionally and we're still charged for it. Don't waste your money. The area isn't safe to begin with. If you're gonna live in San Bernardino, don't pay extortion prices to do so.

We are so sorry to hear about all these issues you experienced during your stay. As the new management company, Our goal is to give you the highest quality of service. Again we are sorry to hear about your experience. I hope you have a great day!
Beautiful infested apartments. So gorgeous on there website and can get a beautiful walk through. Once you move in you can see your new roommates, everywhere! Those lovely roaches will never let you be alone and if you try to get management to help all they will do is spray your apartment while the roaches wait in the apartment next door. If you have any other problem you need fixed i hope you know how to do it yourself maybe youtube can help because its going to be a while before they can find a maintenance man. All they know is to say sorry you live here but im only here from 9 to 5 if that, sometimes they need to leave early so they wont get a mob of people in the office. Luckily security is here when you dont need them sitting in the office protecting the mananer and secretary. Lovely pool they have as well thats closed for weeks due to city problems or the maintenance can not be done. Lets not forget about our lovely porch where you cant keep anything on there or you will be charged extra for "having a mess" and making the apartment look less attractive than what the inside already is. You'll really enjoy moving into these apartments if you love fixing things yourself and never want to have a chance to see your helpful management team! Dont worry they are around the first week of the month to collect rent and extra fees you didnt know would come up until you received your first monthly statement which is about a $4 charge included under maintance of making and mailing you your bill. Welcome to the best fake looking apartments you can find. Enjoy your two month stay before you cant deal with your roomates!
