Ashborough Apartments

He vivido aquí desde hace 3 años, y puedo decir que la convivencia ha sido muy buena, el lugar es muy limpio, el personal administrativo es muy amable, el señor Milton siempre está presto a ayudar y el señor Billy de mantenimiento siempre está pendiente de cuidar los apartamentos para q todo funcione bien.

Lived here from May 2021-May 2022. Really good price-point for the location. Within 8 minutes of Harris Teeter, Target, and Crossroads. Close to I-40 for commuting. Only complaint is noise during the day, it is adjacent to a middle school, but otherwise calm. Safe area, walked around at night many times. With the rising popularity of the Triangle area, the price of rent here is much more reasonable than other "luxury" apartments. Would definitely live here again.

We lived in Ashborough for just over a year and had a great experience there. This was the only apartment complex we've been genuinely sad to leave. The apartments themselves are well-laid out, feel pretty new, and are well-maintained. The office staff was friendly and helpful without fail (they even helped us pick up some items we had forgotten in the apartment when we moved out), and maintenance was quick and super friendly! The office even followed up for some maintenance cases to make sure we were happy with the results. The location has shopping nearby and it's easy to get to highway 64 and interstate 40, but it still feels tucked away in a good way. Our apartment was near the woods and it was awesome - it felt private and had a great view. We never had issues with neighbors, and the office actually enforces the no smoking policy (which is rare in my experience), and that was highly appreciated. Only cons: the one dumpster in the complex did sometimes get way too full by the end of the week, and since it's near an elementary school there is heavy traffic when parents are dropping off/picking up kids from school, so you might need to plan an extra 3 min or so into your driving schedule if you'll be leaving during that time. Overall, it's really a great place!

I've been living in this apartment complex for two years already and during these two years I had primarily positive experience. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and clean. The staff is friendly and easy to communicate with, the service support provided prompt responses (obviously COVID created some interference but prior to that problems were solved within 1-3 days depending on urgency/technical side).You may rarely see bugs in the apartments (typically when the temperature outside drops or when it rains heavily) but staff reacts to solve those problems whenever they occur.

My boyfriend and I just moved in- we were scheduled to move during a recent hurricane, but for our safety they let us get in a few days early so we wouldn’t have to move through the storm. This place is amazing. Everything is fully renovated, the grounds are gorgeous, but above all I have never experienced such kindness from a leasing and maintenance team in my life! The day we moved in a few members from the maintenance team chatted with us to make sure everything was up to par and let us know to just give them a hollar if we needed anything— while they were also boarding up windows to prepare for the storm. Everyone here seems very friendly, including the other residents. We’re so close to everything! The prices are great for the location and upgraded units as well. Would 100% recommend stopping by and speaking with Milton or Amanda ( or im sure anyone else in the office) to check the place out. It was a huge breath of fresh air to sign the lease.

The office has probably one person who does anything. There is a weekend guy who should be fired. They can't seem to ever get packages out in a timely fashion. I had one package sit in office for 5 months. I asked... They "checked" nothing. I happened to see it when getting another package. Stuff never gets logged. The guy is probably the laziest person I have ever met. He knows nothing as well. The day of the pool opening the gate was locked. A large group of people asked the guy to open it.. we had to break in kinda after a hour plus. He never did get the key. I think he saw us in pool area and just dismissed the whole group of tenants. Lazy....he is always on his cell phone in office. Just to add to it he is rude to boot. If he is in office, just leave...worthless person for sure. I think he is just a weekend meat suit.

Cigarette Smoke – I have been dealing with second hand cigarette smoke in my apartment since my first complaint 10/9/17. I moved here from a smoking complex specifically because the website states they offer smoke free living. If you are concerned about second hand smoke, ask what the smoking detection/resolution methods are. Although they adopt a smoke free policy, the lease also states there is no warranty of a smoke free environment – I have been reminded of this twice now. I don’t know how you can have it both ways, but read this section carefully. I was told in an email from the complex on 10/16/17 that several residents in the building reported the same issue with smoke in response to an email sent by the complex. An email 10/18/17 stated location was pinpointed and a direct violation letter was sent. When the cigarette smoke continued, I asked for a meeting with the manager. She sends another email to residents 11/16/17 and said she received no responses this time. Also said she spoke with the tenets thought to be in violation and they assured her they weren’t smoking. Apparently, this is the complex detection/resolution policy for the situation. Simply question residents and if they say no, you’re done.

Lived in Ashborough for a year and was a terrible experience for the price we paid. First we had mold all on our walls the entire time we lived there. Every time we contacted maintenance they said there was nothing they could do except keep cleaning it off. The mold started in the living room but somehow reached the kitchen cabinets and everywhere else. The maintenance staff was pretty good and lended a hand with everything they could but I guess fixing the mold was out of their jurisdiction. The front office wouldn't even give a price break on rent for the inconvenience. We gave a 45 day notice to move out but apparently they require a 60 day notice. This fee was $100/day!! We were told if we moved out early then they would waive the fees so we moved out a month early but lo and behold the fees are not being waived and "theres nothing they can do". Really wish the people who leased me my apartment were still in charge because these new people are nothing but unpleasant to deal with. You can find much better apartments in the area for way less money and mold

I've had the pleasure to deal with Ashborough throughout my moving process. They've easily been the most attentive, helpful and flexible groups I've ever dealt with. If you find yourself moving to Raleigh / Cary NC in the near future, I highly recommend looking them up, because not only will you get to live near me, but also be a part of a group that makes you feel welcome before you've even signed anything. Special shoutouts to Megan and Amanda, who've responded to any concerns or questions immediately and with the utmost kindness and respect.

I recently went and applied at this complex and I must say I was very pleased. The people were very energetic and very professional. I love the space and the quotes for this complex. You won't regret applying here so do it today !!

I must have looked at hundreds of apartment communities and Ashborough Apartments was by far the best! Not only did it meet all of my requirements but exceeded them by having top of the line washer/dryers in every unit, carport, and a fireplace for the best rate around! Donavon and Jenna were extremely helpful during my relocation which can be very stressful. Thanks to them, I feel relaxed and ready to move in :) So happy to be home at Ashborough!!!

The worst property management I've ever dealt with. A bunch of pity thieves manage this property and the only respect that they have is for their pockets. Every interaction with the management is a hassle, from getting your package from the rental office to getting them to fix something in the apartment. I lived there a year a I will never go back even if this place is the only one on the planet.

The maintenance turn around is a little slower than I expected but in general they are good. The apartment is luxurious, specious and quite. It is a smoke free place and we are loving it.

Perfect area. Right at the crossroads shopping area. Huge apartments n have a huge garage. Well kept up inside & out. Big windows, which i love, that overlook the beautiful property. Nice big covered balconies with concrete floors n good ceiling so u dont have to worry about your upstairs neighbors leaking down into your space. Huge closets. Good windows. (Have had mildew windows at other complexes) occasionally can hear muffled sounds of neighbors but that doesn't bother me. It IS an apt after all. Has to be expected. GREAT office staff & maintenance team. Honestly cant say im unhappy with anything here. Its been a great experience. And on top of it all....good prices.

Ashborough Apartments in Raleigh, NC is truly convenient to nearby shopping and parks as well as good access to major highways. Also, there are local schools and North Carolina State University nearby. The super awesome management team are always on top of issues and ensuring a nice clean, quiet atmosphere for all to love. What's greater is they stay in compliance with Housing Laws by performing quarterly inspections and upgrades. The community is very respective of one another and always enjoy a good round of water volleyball game in the community pool. I absolutely love it here.
