Ashbridge Exton

I MOVED BACK HERE FROM PITTSBURGH IN NOVEMEBR...SECOND TIME HERE! I LUV THE STAFF AND COMMUNITY. I am in building 6 now which I enjoy because of it's location to the shops and the clubhouse.

As always, we have all good things to say about Ashbridge. Everyone in the community is super friendly (especially the dogs)! The Ashbridge team is so great and they are always there if you have a question. Additionally, when you call for maintenance they are able to help you that day. We are looking forward to 2025 at Ashbridge!

Ashbridge is a lovely place to live with a warm cosy atmosphere and modern industrial architecture. The neighborhood is great with grocery stores in walkable distance. Quiet neighbors.

Great place . Some issues with apartment after move in that should have been fixed, other then that all is good. I use the gym everyday, I love it.

I've been living at Ashbridge Apartments for the past year, and it's been a great experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. My 1st month m Ashbridge has been wonderful. The staff is amazing and the residents are friendly. The amenities are like no other. The building is clean and modern. The events for residents are frequent and a great opportunity to meet your neighbors.

We’ve lived here almost 3 months now and have really enjoyed it. The building has a lot to offer and the neighbors and staff are all so kind! It’s a prime location with the shops, restaurants and trail all within walking distance.

You guys are doing a wonderful job of celebrating and engaging the community. Love the monthly events and the food trucks. Like the snack machine outside the gym :)

It's just the perfect apartment and the staff is awesome. The neighborhood is the best. Everything you need in walking distance or a short drive.

I still like Ashbridge after living here for 2 years. Maintenance is fast. They provide resident events and food every month. I love the walking distance to Main Street and all the other restaurants and stores on Route 100.

You guys rock , I wish the are more events where we can interact and play with fellow residents. Otherwise you guys rock. The maintenance team is exceptional and you guys take care of your residents very well. Thank you ashbridge and team

Ashbridge is a place I love to come home to every day! The amenities, the view, and the sense of community all make this place feel like home.

Staying in Ashbridge for more than 3 years. Safe and secured location with smart devices, secure and smart access. Maintenance team is very quick to attend the issues.

I love this place. It's a very resident-positive experience from the day you move in, and surprisingly continues month to month. Not only are there constant social opportunities to keep you connected to the community, there are fun additions like food trucks. This is the hottest apartment in Exton, and the friendliest!

Amazing! We recently signed for another year and we could not be happier! The Ashridge team has great communication through daily emails and additionally are always available to answer questions.

Maintenance is exceptional with response and resolving issues. Buildings and grounds are well maintained. Amazed at how quiet the building is,

The staff at Ashbridge has been incredibly helpful from the time I toured to this past week during my move-in process. The buildings and amenities on offer are a great fit for me and the other residents I've met have been very pleasant! While I've only been here for a week I already feel right at home.

Ever been sold on a product when they sing kombaya with you before you buy and after your locked in, they give you the "Who are you again"? Thats how it feels like leaving the apartment here. If you are people with kids stay away the dog poop all over would be enough to keep sanitary people away then remember its not just the apartment itself which is made with thin walls and blinds that break if you touch ! its also about the bills and the fake receipts they make when you exit your lease. The worse experience I had living here and exiting this place. Please stay away if you need peace of mind and people who wont charge you arm and leg with bogus fees when you leave.

Been here for a year and half & still love it! Concierge service for packages are truly appreciated!! Neighbors are great & of course the neighborhood is wonderful! Love the new dog park.

Can't believe we are already near to 2 years with Ashbridge and we are so happy living here with amazing facilities and friendly staff. In totaly love with top notch gym, pool and lounge areas. Highly recommended!!!!!

Management and all staff are A class. Everyone is extremely professional and polite. If and/or when there is an issue, management is quick and very willing to address the issue(s). Keep up the great job !

I Love Ashbridge. Friendly staff. Quick maintenance. The location is amazing and the amenities are better than any other community in the area. I lived here once before and loved it so much I just moved back.

I moved in May, 2024. The move experience was seamless with the info and app provided. The management staff are incredibly helpful and a great team. I've met and have incredible neighbors and new friends. Location is perfect and so close to so much to do. The events are enjoyable and something I look forward to attending. I reviewed multiple properties before deciding on Ashbridge. It's the perfect place for me! I love it here.

Application and approval was fast and painless. Amenities are great and Staff are friendly, courteous, and very attentive to the needs of the residents. They are always happy and helpful.

Living here has been a wonderful experience. From the access to the commodities, being walking distance from Exton Main Street, and the kind neighbors, my fiancée and I have been happier and healthier. Ashbridge is a place I whole-heartedly reccomend other people to move in if they need an apartment.

Love the community and dog friendly environment. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Has a bike/walking trail close by that is nice in the fall & summer to exercise with having to drive anywhere.

The move in was great. The sales/leasing staff are excellent. I worked with Chase and he was a pleasure to deal with. The little notes and products left were a nice, personal touch and made me feel welcomed.

We just recently moved in and have loved our experience here so far! The community has a ton to offer and there is always something to do. The community is clean, quiet, safe and very well maintained. I’m happy with our decision to live here.

I moved into Ashbridge in January 2022, when they were first opening and this is a fantastic community. Cindy made every effort to ensure that Ashbridge felt like home for everyone. Chase in the office is also great! The maintenance crew, especially Pat, Lee, and Bill are the best of the best. They were incredibly responsive and were professional and knowledgeable. The amenities were great - I loved the fire pits, gym, and the pool in the summer. The location was amazing - World of Beer, Buddy’s, Saladworks, Appetite on Main, Sephora, Orange Theory, Rita’s, Barnes and Noble, and Banana Republic (amongst many others) are all right there on Main St. I will definitely miss walking around the pristine sidewalks and on trails with my dogs. Lastly, the community is the best. Everyone is kind and supportive and I’ve made friendships of a lifetime through the community

We love Ashbridge and the area! The building is beautiful and kept up so nicely. The staff is friendly and helpful. We would recommend Ashbridge to friends anytime.

I’ve never felt more at home and welcomed as I have since moving to Ashbridge. The residents are lovely and nice- walking up to me, shaking my hands and wishing me well in my new home. My neighbors have been amazing, shout out to Chris and Mohammed for the warm welcome. It’s just a lovely place to live in and my crazy dog loves it as well. The facilities are amazing and well kept. We have a quaint building that reminds me of the 1960’s! Hear this- if you love to be outside, we have restaurants, bars, theaters, and shopping places at a walking distance. So you can get your exercise in and still have fun. So come on over, make Ashbridge your new home!

We recently moved in, and we love it!! The location is excellent and the club house is inviting. We love the ability to walk to so many local businesses.

The team here is incredible, helping with every step of the move-in process. The apartment was prepared extremely well and I had quick and prompt help from maintenance when needed. Plus, everyone in the community has been really nice as well. I look forward to living here.

I like the staff but also the fact that there are community events that encourage me to meet others in the community. It's a lot of fun to become involved and be naturally included. No place I've been before does this

Professional staff, wonder complex. Staff made me feel very welcome and answered my questions without making me feel stupid. Complex is in great order and appearance!

Great experience living here. Amenities are great. Apartments are clean and the noise pollution isn't as bad as many modern day "luxury" apartments. The neighbourhood is filled with so many walkable and convenient restaurants, grocery stores, shopping stores, etc... Would definitely recommend. I would just say that dog poop doesn't get picked up as often as it should considering the amount of dogs are in this community (including mine). However, it is very great and dog friendly in that aspect and overall cleanliness is generally decent, especially with the amenities areas (pool, gym, common areas, bathrooms, etc..).

I enjoy the quietness the Ashbridge has to offer and their openess to large dogs. We always struggle to find places to live that allow large dogs so to live in a beautiful community so close to everything that welcomes him is so nice.

Love how clean the property is! Things get fixed and cleaned super quickly and the management office is always incredibly helpful! Love living here.

I love the monthly events around health, wellness, current sporting events & holidays! I especially love the events around our furry friends. Keep bringing local vendors to promote the community. I would love to see more mixers at the Mansion.
