I've always had good results from the management here Pam is wonderful and professional
The property manager is super friendly and really want to help you very nice apartments with really nice people it's a 10/10
The office manager Pam is awesome and our maintenance man Hank is the best all it takes is a phone call and everything is handled day or night. Love living here. I’ve been here for over 1 year.
The staff is beyond professional and courteous and you feel valued, not like a number. Very well maintained grounds.
Be very careful There’s a lot of at burglary at Ashbrook also people like to break into cars. No on site security guard. Unsafe place to live.
It saids no pets allowed, but they are here! There is no maintenance , nothing gets fixed. If you are looking for a nice apartment, one that has everything this place is advertising to have, do not move here!
