I enjoy my home and like it’s location as closer to shopping facilities

The staff is super nice and made it very easy for me to answer my questions as they came up. They also gave me a very organized list of everything I needed to do after I had been accepted for the apartment.

I enjoy my residence here at Goldmark thus far, granted that there is the typical issues one might find living apartments in any neighborhood. Overall, my stay has been quite lovely.

It’s nice living in the same building as the office it makes life easier when you need to get a hold of management about any issues or concerns. Tanya is very nice and does a great job.

Clean and nice apartments. The staff at twin parks are super friendly and work as quick as they can to solve any concerns that may arise.

My experience here in not so pleasant, because of the cokroaches in the appartment, entrances doors not working properly there for not safe at all. The laundry room when I moved only the dryer was working after weeks they fixed the washer now the dryer is not working. But I can manage all except the cokroaches issues.

Ashbury is a wonderful place for a first home the apartments are cozy and the staff are amazing everyone is treated with respect and kindness 10 out of 10 highly recommend

I love the service at the office. The property managment is great and they communicate very well with me or help when I have concerns. However, lately I haven't felt as safe as I'd like at the property with the amount of thefts that occurred at the property and other instances make me feel a but nervous, especially for my own property(packages and vehicles)

This is the worst place to live. I wait weeks to see the solution for the problems that this apartment has.

I just moved in, but my partner and I love it. It’s in a wonderful area, and the layout is great. Management is very on top of things. Very professional while also being welcoming. Amazing first impression.

The grounds are well kept. Now that we have had snow, management are quick to move the snow from the driveways and spread the salt. Nicely done.

Moving across several states alone can be daunting, but the staff at Ashbury were so helpful with all my questions and concerns. Move in was a breeze as I was able to get almost all the paperwork done online before even getting there and even though I found out the last tenant in my particular apartment didn't treat it well, they did such a good job fixing it up that I couldn't even tell!

The surrounding landscape and grounds around the apartment buildings are very well kept and clean. The unit I selected was in good shape and felt homey. Friendly staff and neighbors.

The neighbors are great people and it’s a good community

I have had nothing but a good experience dealing with goldmark. It was a smooth move and transition. I even got a little welcome bag. That was unexpected and much appreciated!

The primary reason for me to choose this location was the accessibility of stores and restaurants nearby. Everything is walkable or can be accessed by public transit.

It's been awesome and great. Sunchase is one of the best places to be.

The outside of the building looks a little sad, but the apartments themselves are actually really beautiful inside.

It's nice and peaceful with a lot of space outside for kids to play it would have been a lot better if only the buzzer doors were working and not people vandalizing them.

Ashbury is cool and the manager is very approachable(with concerns) along with the staff. Ashbury staff goes above and beyond to resolve residents issues.

These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and that brings some issues, but the maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

The apartment I live in is nice and was very clean upon move in. There is only one lock on the door front door which I dont like. Very nice garages and overall a nice place to live.

Sunchase is a very quiet community with friendly neighbors.

Tenants are respectful of each other and the community is kept up very nice.
