Ashby Gardens

This place is an absolute nightmare I have been fighting with them for almost a year since I moved out(August 2023) they lost all documentation and keys proving I moved out and then tried to give me an eviction notice 3 months after I signed off and turned in my keys. They also sent the bill for cleaning up/repair fees to a roommate I had 4yrs prior to moving out. It is now in collections they also lost the lease release form that she signed. Leaving very little to no documentation to fight the 5600 dollars they are trying to charge. By the way they included a foundation problem to that bill. A foundation problem that I reported years before they came to fix it. When they came to fox it they told me I would have to move my stuff out, they would not cover my lodging or storage and also wanted me to pay full rent while not being able to stay there. Screw ashby gardens. DO NOT MOVE HERE

This place is worst place to live ever. I lived here for 2 years, and I am not going to recommend it to anyone. bad neighborhood very rude management and not very safe apartment no security camera. My car was stolen. my neighbor was loud and were fighting all the time I mad many complaints, but the management did not listen to me they don't care about the residents they will just take your money. please DO NOT MOVE HERE. the townhouses have insects. they are mold and mildew. I move from this place very recent. I moved on 06th October 2023. Please DO NOT MOVE HERE you will regret.

Ya casi voy a llevar un año viviendo aqui y recientemente tuve un problema en el apartamento, pero los de la oficina y los de mantenimiento fueron rapido a arreglar el problema. Les recomiendo bastante este lugar

Reservé un tour recientemente y quede encantada. Los apartamentos están en buena ubicación y lucen muy bien, la chica que me atendió fue amable y atenta hasta el final del tour. Puedo decir que me gustó y se ve un buen lugar para rentar.

My kid currently attends a private academy in the area and being able to find a place close to her school is a blessing. We used to live forty-five minutes away but now, we're not that far. The apartment complex is also well-kept together, very clean especially when you're in the middle of central avenue. The staffs were also amazing, they were very helpful from the get-go.

I recently went for an apartment tour and it was my first time going through something like that so I was confused but thanks to the help of the staffs there, I was able to process everything smoothly.

I just got off an apartment tour with one of the leasing people and I really like the vibe and apartment look. The staff was nice and I was able to apply. The place is so close to my job and to uptown. Really recommend anyone to stop by.

Hoy pude ver los Town House renovados y me parecieron bonitos y cómodos, a parte me atendieron muy bien :D

I have been living here for over a year and a half ago and the place is really nice and inexpensive compared to other apartments around. It’s really close to downtown Charlotte, so that’s an A+. Overall a great experience.

My family love the location. This area is changing so much. Office staff always goes above and beyond to help. I would suggest living here.

Ashby Garden's is close to the charlotte city center. Only two miles from uptown charlotte fast access to highway 24 and right off central Avenue which runs right down town, into all the different ethnic eateries and bars for your night life needs.

Very rude. I called before hand to see if i can come tour, she says yes and takes my name down. I get all the way there and she’s helping someone, i say okay I’ll wait. She then comes back over to me saying she has nothing to show me. And I’m like ??? I literally just called. Completely wasted my time will not be back

I only stayed here for a year. Currently seeking a home with a big yard for my children. The office staff is always so nice and are willing to help residents as much as they can even with the on going changes in the community. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Its in such a good location and pet friendly.

I love our apartments!!!! Anytime I need something Alex is so helpful. He is always really nice . The apartments have a lot of space and the location is pretty awesome. Definitely give Wembley apts a try .

I enjoy living here honestly. At first is was a hard transition because i used to live in South Park area but now im very comfortable. Iv lived here for about 3 yrs now and since the new manager started running things, it has been a lot happier around this areas especially when dealing with office staff. My small issues that i have had with my unit usually get fixed within their 72hrs time frame. I would recommend everyone to live here.

Its a quiet place to stay except there are a lot of kids good and bad and the play on the narrow street 24/7 oh an if you need to fix something be prepared to wait awhile for maintance to come

With Aurora Apartments, formerly Oak Park at Briar Creek Apartments, you get what you pay for (most of the time). Slightly overpriced, but there are a few good things about living here. The area is great for runners or bikers and is a very short car drive to Harris Teeter and many bars on Commonwealth. Also is a decent community to live in if you like to keep to yourself.
