Property Ratings at Ashby Point
I have rented an one bedroom and it is very spacious!!!
I lived for one year at this property. I've enjoyed living at there, it was great for me. The management team with a beautiful apptitude, always there when you need service, thank you!
Nice apartments close to a lot of places, very friendly staff.
good apartments, very nice on the inside everything is new., for a good price.
I just moved here a couple of days ago to a one bedroom it has a specious walk in closet. There is also a shopping center within walking distance and also public transportation.
This property has gotten better over time, the newly renovated apartments look very nice, they have new appliances, and the kitchen countertops are pretty. The bathrooms have tile, and the apartment I moved into has white vanity and white cabinets in my kitchen.
“Managers” are clueless how to manage a community. Pool was closed for three Summers. Roaches beyond belief. Proprietor car towing was a constant problem. Lots of fights, theft, tires slashed (the little couple who owned the car was incredibly kind with a special needs child). RUN.
Spacious apartment with an amazing price. I love living at Ashby Point!
Great location and spacious apartment. I would highly recommend these apartments.
I came from California and when I moved here I expected poor staff and ugly housing but this place has showed me nothing but the opposite the staff is absolutely amazing they help me with everything I need and more ,I love it here !
I dont currently live here but last week my car had gotten stolen from my house and the person came to park it in from of ashby points office, the office staff called the cops and they called me. When i arrived the staff was so nice to me and concerned as if i was one of their residents, the offered me water and some snacks for my kids. I was here mostly all day and i would see how people would come up asking about apartments the girls were the most kind and informative ones i've ever seen. I dont live here but from the way these people care about their non residents i can only imagine how they care about their actual residents.
I have been a resident at this complex for about 5 months and I’m in love with my apartment. My neighbors are so kind and courteous of each other when it comes to noise wise. The office staff are nice and when I have a work order they usually go within the same day or the following. I had hesitated a little trying to apply because of the reviews on here but then I noticed that they were all from previous years so I decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I choose this place. The rent is affordable compare to other complexes and everything is so close to walking distance, there’s city transportation stop right by the entrance of the complex, there’s a grocery store right across the street with a pedestrian crossing traffic light and a Walmart 5 mins away. I’m in love with my new home?
It doesnt matter what type of 2 bedroom i get , they all have washer and dryer connection which is amazing!
really like how they renovated their basement units.
I love my apartment specially my walk in closet, I am a female and i have tons of items and they fit perfectly in my closet still leaving me with extra space!
The staff here is really nice and helpful, they made my move in easy and understandable.
I live at Teal Point Apartments and I am very pleased with my apartment. The management company always takes care of my issues as fast as they can get to me and the girls in the office are very nice. I love my huge walk in closet and the tile in my bathroom is beautiful. I do pay a little more for a renovated apartment. Overall I enjoy living here and dont have any problems at all.
Why does this apartment complex exist!!!!The worst I have ever lived in and Im from Philadelphia!!!!!! That says a lot. The management never did anything about my complaints about roaches... I have my own extermination twice and because of my nasty neighbors that kept coming back!!! Then when they were so called remodeling the complex one of the workers pipes fell of the roof and broke my backwindow!!!! OF course I had to pay for it!!!!! They are the wrost!!!!! So happy to be out of there.
I was not very impressed with this apartment complex. The grounds were not well maintained, the dumpsters were not dumped regularly, such that garbage was overflowing. The onsite management was lazy. There were kids who made trouble, such as throwing rocks at my door, setting off car alarms, etc.
