Property Ratings at Asher Park
Roaches. Bad management. Poor upkeep. Save your money and save yourself a headache.
The apartment already had problems before we moved in. When we put in request for our door and pest control. They never came to check it out. When you call the office they don't answer but sit at they desks for most of the day. They also didn't let us use the Covid waver when we got evicted. The staff just doesn't care at all.
Ive been resident with Asher apartment for almost 7 months from period of July to march 2020 , First i would like to thank every one in the management office including maintenance personnel and every one ... we've enjoyed our time staying there , and everything from beginning until we left the apartment was perfect .. the management is high professional and nice , the maintenance as well ... sorry cant remember any names but want to say thank you guys for the opportunity .
My experience at Asher Park has been a great one. Cindy toured me and was great, caring, and answered all my questions well! Would definitely recommend!

Hello, We appreciate your positive feedback about your experience. We take pride in serving our customers and hope to see you again soon!
theres like one maintenance person for the entire apartments and you have to call about your issue 2-4 times before he even shows up to fix anything, and then they put very little effort into fixing anything and the issue comes back. sometimes theyll say they completed your work order and then you come home and find out they did literally nothing. talking to anyone is very difficult if you dont have the free time to actually go to the office when its open and someone is actually there. and if you ever run into any kinda of financial situation they wont work with you they will file eviction regardless and then make you pay the court fees.
I called on Wednesday and spoke to a heather on the phone and told her I was looking for a 1 bedroom apartment and asked if there were any available. She confirmed to me that they did have a space available for what I was looking for and then told me I could come in on Friday to see the apartments and have a “tour. “ I arrived on Friday with my boyfriend, only for her to tell us that there were no spaces available to show. I told her that we spoke on the phone and that she told me to come in for a tour. She had the worst attitude, spoke as if we were of no interest at all to her and kept cutting my boyfriend off every time he tried to ask a question and treated us as if we were bothering and annoying her. Needless to say, we will NOT be doing business with that witch. Be warned. I’d give 0 star if I could.
I like the Apple Apt. because there services are nice an when something needs to be fixed they handle it immediately. However its far better thsn Mississippi because it takes months to get some fixed. I have injoyed my stay an the great state of Texas. The only thing is the rent is to high an the apartments are basic. It's a bit steep wen u come from $400 to almost $900 rent.
Finding an apartment while not employed is a bit difficult. Having some money saved up helps, but you have to find something cheap so you have the time to find a way to keep paying. Steeplechase Apartments is the first place I've lived in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and so far it has been quite pleasant. The buildings a relatively old - built in the 70's, I believe - and therefore have quite a few maintenance issues, but the maintenance team is pretty good as long as you stay on the office team to send them out. The parking lot is in rough shape, but the neighbors are quiet and respectful and I've yet to feel unsafe or worried while walking about. The grounds and pool area are beautiful and unexpectedly well-kept. The office team is kind and personable but I have had to call several times before some maintenance issues were addressed.
They take forever to come and fix things up and the people that work in the office are so rude and don't explain anything I'm just waiting for my lease to be over so I can get out asap.
They are nice. But, if you just need a short term place to live like 1-2 years it is a great choice for the price. But, if it is long term, that is a personal choice. I am a young mother and my husband and son feel comfortable here. Just be sure to get some lamps because the bedrooms and living room have no lamps. Overall, it is a nice place to live.
