Feeling safe was my number one priority when I moved here a few years ago, and I must say this community meets that expectation. I always feel comfortable in my home and walking through my community. Everyone looks out for one another. Angela, Kim, and Victor has always handle all of my concerns with knowledge, care and concern. I appreciate their support while transitioning my father into my home, as it assisted me in making the best decision for the both of with ease. I also appreciate the office team's engagement with the community, in planning events that brings us all together, and show us how much we are valued as residents. It is always a fun time. I would recommend this apartment community looking for a safe environment for their family to live.
This is by far one of the worst apartments ever. There is always something that needs to be fixed from the peeling paint in the tub to the leaking dishwasher. Management is the main problem they never answer the phones as if they are busy but if you walk in the office they’re sitting there on their phone doing nothing. Parking is extremely limited some days people are parking on the curb or in front of other peoples cars. I’m soo glad I moved & will never look back.
I have been living in this complex for a while. The current management staff is great. I have a problem and Cynthia goes above and beyond to address my issues.

Recently moved from Walton Lakes Apartments to Ashford at spring lake. I was concerned because of the amout I was pay prior. The best decision ever and saving 500.00 a month. Cynthia was consultant she's the best walked me through everything. I have new appliances and heating and air. I hate bugs have not seen one since I've been here 2 months now. I plan to be here for years to come. The Closest space is ridiculous so much room. Thank you Cynthia XO

I have lived here for almost a year someone broke into my apartment during broad daylight. Multiple people vehicles have been broken into. The parking is horrible don't expect to park close to your building. The pool was open for one-two weeks and closed not sure why. Maintenance is a joke I know a resident who A/C was out for close to three months!!!!!!!! This is the lowest price in the area but if you absolutely need somewhere to live then go ahead, but if not I suggest you to keep looking. Your water bill will be on average $70-$120 I saw the reviews as well and didn't believe it. My water bill was more than a friend that filled her pool twice and her water bill was still lower than mines!!!!! I'm almost out of my lease and will never look back this is the WORST apartment complex I have ever rented from.

Don’t move out to this dump. You’re going to pay all that money for a trashy complex. The office staff is rude and definitely don’t have a clue as to what they’re doing.

The property is managed pretty well. Quiet area, and the interior is pretty decent. Community is small...major plus! More focus on the lawn care and the entryways into the apartments (the reason for 3 stars instead of 4.) Trash compactor not large enough, or needs to be run twice daily, so there's no overflow on the weekend. Workout room is closed on the weekends, (I'm assuming to deter vandalism or theft) but not fair to residents that work 9 to 5 jobs.

Its literally 100 degrees in Atlanta and I dont even have central air! The amount that you have to pay to live here is not even worth paying !
Great apartments! Management and maintenance is great and always available. Quiet with still the family appeal. On the weekends you can/will find kids at the park and during the summer the pool area is a great place to get to know the neighbors. This is one of the best rental experiences I have had!!!
