Most recent issue consisted of putting in a request for our broken oven. Put the service request in 3 weeks ago and still haven't had it fixed. Now its THANKSGIVING and I can't even cook in my apartment. Family flew into town and we have no way of making food for them. When I went directly to leasing, one of the staff jokingly told me to "just take them out to dinner" instead. This is one of countless issues we've had with management. Broken appliances that go months without fixing and indifference from onsite management. When we first moved in, the unit was in such bad condition we fought for financial concession. It was only after I contacted the Waterton Property Manager for the state of Colorado did any progress get made. It truly is a shame because the units themselves have so much potential. Yet all of this is wasted on incompetent individuals who have no regard for quality service to their tenants.

The managers at the office have changed over at least 5 times in the 3 years I've lived here. The amenities are almost always in a state of disrepair, the gym is always dirty and missing equipment, the pool and hot tub is closed more often than not, I've tried using the theater a few times but have since given up since it never works, the package room is a disaster. If you ever have a maintenance issue, I hope you're handy enough to fix it yourself, otherwise you'll wait a month minimum for anyone to contact you, which often doesn't even include the extra multiple weeks for it to actually be fixed. The only consistency that you can count on from anyone working for Ashford or the Waterton company as a whole is that they'll constantly dodge your questions, blame you for having issues, and that you'll never receive any communication from them unless they need something from you.

Maintenance is non existent. My smoke detector was non functional for over 8 months. I have a LONG list of other issue- washer broken for over 6 months with no resolution, issues with toilets since I moved in, etc etc. multiple neighbors with mold in the unit. None of the amenities are ever functional. Do yourself a favor and run far far away from this place.

Everyone in my household has had their car broken into at this point. The management company does nothing. All the treadmills in the gym are broken, so is the pool. Leaving here as soon as we can. I no longer feel safe.

The Ashford Belmar website claims to deliver a "standout living experience" but I have not witnessed that. I have had a broken dryer since April 23, 2023 (I submitted a maintenance request on that day). It is now June 21, 2023. There has been little to no communication from management about this problem, even though they have been made aware of it. I pay for an apartment to have a dryer and haven’t never been able to use it for months. I am very unsatisfied with the service provided at this apartment complex. On top of all that, the indoor pool and hot tub seem to be closed more than they are open. They also offer amenities such as a pool table, but none of the sticks have tips on them. It seems to be one thing after another here, and they aren't holding up their promise of the "amenity-rich living" that is touted on their website.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! had a washing machine overflow that caused sever damage to my apartment. They attempted to "fix" the washer instead of replacing, this resulted in a secondary overflow. It has been two months, they still have not fixed or replaced the washer and they have not fixed the damages that were sustained. Management is completely unaware and incompetent, the only provide "lip service" that don't solve the problems or fix the issue. I had high hopes for the new management company, as the last management company CWS was HORRIBLE! On a secondary note - their package room is horrible, completely disorganized, your Amazon packagers will be stolen or lost. They don't care about their residents! I advise anyone looking for an apartment to avoid this complex at all costs!

New management is an absolute mess. Package room is a chaos, pool is always closed due to something being wrong. Lived here for a year now and the sauna has not worked the entire time, steam room does not work properly. If you get a “newly renovated” apartment, you will not be happy, they do such a poor job. I highly regret moving here

Lakeview Towers are nice apartments, but like many apartment complexes the management and staff do not put much effort into keeping up with resident needs. My roommate and I really enjoy our apartment and the location, but have been very disappointed with staff and how long everything takes to get done. We had numerous amounts of issues when we first moved in, being told that our apartment was not ready when it was time for us to move in, but we got moved in anyway. Very frustrating. Good apartments, but could be a lot better. 3/5 experience.

Fantastic view, great remodel, good location, affordable parking. Awful package delivery system, there’s often trash outside the buildings, the pool is overcrowded and noisy in the summer but when the amenities are all available they’re great.

Lakeview Towers is constantly being upgraded. The new exterior paint made it look like a new complex. The location cannot be beat with any kind of shopping and restaurant within walking distance. Even my dentist, doctor and vet are within a mile of my apartment. Now that's convenience!
Good experience so far, nice staff. Some issues with the apartment but hopefully they will be resolved.

Lakeview towers is a great spot! With the lake to walk around, to the nearby parks, to even nearby stores. We love this area! The staff are nothing but pleasant and they make work orders (when something breaks you submit one) such a simple process. There were some minor hiccups when first arriving but after being here almost 6 months I’ve come to really enjoy this place!
My apartment is a good size, has nice light,,and it is quiet. Heat and air conditioning are both satisfactory. I enjoy living here.
Love the location! Amazing views, super cute lake and park! Theres a lot of renovating happening right now in our building, but the contractors are super nice, fast at completing projects, and I cant wait to see what the hallways look like when they are completed.
My overall experience has been positive. We had a few maintenance issues but they fixed them right away. The amenities and location are great, not to mention the beautiful lake/pond in the center of the complex. The management staff is great, Christian is extremely helpful, approachable, and kind!
Ive gone through a few rental processes and Lakeview has been by far the most convenient and simple way to move into a new home. My apartment had little to no damages to report which was quite nice as I felt like the complex understood that this unit would be someones home. I have zero complaints I love my new home!

The leasing team at Lakeview Towers at Belmar made it very easy to apply and move in. They were very willing to help in any way they could. The property is well-maintained and offers great amenities.
I've lived at Lakeview Towers for 8 years now, and is a great place to live. You have great recreational facilities with a new exercise, and weight room with also a lovely swimming pool. Also the staff in the front office seem to always be pleasant who are Andrea, and Chris whenever I have a concern they take care of it immediately.
My favorite part of living at Lakeview Towers is being on the top level. I have skylights that face the east, so in the morning pink light spills in and fills my living room. In the evenings I see the sun set over our pond and mountains. Its having simple pleasures like this that make Lakeview Towers feel like home.
Very nice apartment and the management staff is lovely. So nice to have a beautiful lake nearby and have not had any significant issues since living here.

Lakeview Towers is a great apartment community for young professionals looking for a high-end apartment with a lower-end cost. The office professionals are helpful and friendly, plus the process of getting into the apartment was super easy!

The floor plan is great and the apartment has so much natural light. View of the lake is nice and I like the fountain! I dont hear my neighbors unless I am in the hall right outside their door. In our present situation of staying home, I have been very satisfied with living here.

My experience at Lakeview Towers has been extremely positive. The management has been on top of everything and is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Everything in my apartment and building has worked great and was very clean when I moved in. Would definitely recommend this community for anybody searching for an apartment.
It is good area to live, and has good schools in the area for kids. Has many activities, and restaurants in the area, and is centralized where you have great access to I-25, Highway 6, that's a great plus to have.
If youre looking for a spot close to Denver without being in Denver this is your go to. Great community!

I've been here 7 years now, and I've enjoyed Lakeview Towers, it has everything you need to make you feel like your at home. Its centrally located to where you can get almost anywhere in the Denver area very conveniently, and it's in an area where there's many shops, stores, and restaurants to keep you going actively, it's never boring.
The lakeside setting is unbeatable, a little oasis in the city. The staff is the best I've encountered in my 14 years of renting - friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt.

I love the location of Lakeview Towers at Belmar. It is close to everything that one needs and in a walking distance. The grounds are nice and pretty well taken care of. The pond in the middle adds to it all as one does not need to go far to enjoy nature. The gym and pool in the summer are additional perks of this property. Finally, we have very friendly property administration & maintenance crew that makes sure any needs are being addressed in a timely matter.

Lakeview Towers has been a great living experience. The location is incredible, we can hear the lake outside every night and the area is a joy. The staff is super friendly (especially compared to other apartment staff Ive dealt with). This complex seems like they care about their residents, and I really appreciate that! They try to stay involved with the community. The maintenance has been really awesome when we need them. Overall, its been a great 10 months that weve lived here! I will only be moving if we buy a house :)
I think it is a great community, and it seems like the staff go out of there way to make sure the tenant is happy. Allison who manages the property, along with her assistant's Chris, and Kendall will always go out of there way to help the tenant to make sure there comfortable, and satisfied with there new living arrangement, and if there's a problem Allison, and her staff will always look into the matter, and that's the kind of professionalism keeps new tenants coming, and keeping long time tenants here also, so thanks to the office staff for there professionalism, and for a job well done.
I love living at Lakeview Towers!! It is the only place I could find to live that has such beautiful views and is surrounded by nature- a lake, lots of grass and trees! Maintenance here is quick & thorough and the staff at the leasing office are super helpful, friendly & approachable! That's why I have lived here for 3 years! Definitely recommend living at Lakeview Towers!
If anyone is looking for a good place to live in a good community, and good schools, good people, and a good location Lakeview Towers at Belmar would be a good place to start.
Its a great community to live, has beautiful scenery of the mountains, great schools, great restaurants, and convenient shopping for those who enjoy shopping without having to drive for miles to go shopping. Also the residents, and staff at Lakeview Towers seem polite, and professional in which this makes it a great place to live.
