DO NOT COME HERE

I have requested to clean the carpet 5 times and they called me to sign papers 5 times and 6 months later my carpet is still not changed, they have increased my rent without even telling me. Currently the place has had no water since last week

Pass On It

Okay size for the price. Impossible to get cold water. Parking is a nightmare. Only one dumpster location in the entire complex. Find somewhere else if you can.

Not Recommended

The management is the worst part, they couldn't care less about you. Ive been living here for 4 years and now going to move because my stove and refrigerator recently broke and the manager told me she can't do nothing about it and she lives right by and when she moved in she got a new stove and refrigerator I told her about it and she says to buy my own new stove and refrigerator. DON'T MOVE IN UNLESS YOU WANT TROUBLE!!!

I do not recommend these apartments

It turns out that I've been doing two contracts before. All very well, I'm not used to doing this, but since new people are living this does not work they set their horns at full volume all night long, drinking bottles outside of the parkeos never change. 253 are very aggressive and scandalous people here can not even sleep for so much buya seems disco I do not recommend these apartments and their sicurity is put to take with them this no no I do not recommend it ... it is really the worst and new people here Do they live make it look worse ??

I do not usually do this, but since the new administration there is no order aka a neighbor of aka by the laundromat of the 253 goes from 4 to three in the morning listening to music till part disc here can not even sleep in pas broken bottles outside screaming the worst apartments do not move here

Bedbug infestation

This very old apartment complex that has a very big bed bug infestation. They do not disclose that they have bed bugs to tenants. Beware of this location. I lived my entire life without any bed bug problems within months after moving into an apartment the bedbugs started appearing. Management later notified us that other neighbors are suffering from this problem even before us, It is not worth the trouble find another location.

Everything is worst

It was so good unless new managment came now they are worst they keep giving extra charges my car towed it was manager mistake rats and roaches everywhere if u want safe place dont move here.

Average

They have made an effort to remodel the apartments and fix them up, but the maintenance sometimes leave wall outlets not working. These are old apartments so the pipes do cause trouble (human feces on sidewalks). Its is more secure with patrol around. The office will help you and they are nice folk.
