I live here 6yrs it had its shares of ups and downs changing management but since this new management took over mr Ricky and his new maintenance guys has been on it none stop to make these apartments perfect again

This complex switches management every 6 months almost . Office never know what’s going on when you call they always have unexpected charges when rent is due and blame it on the portal or another company. But expects you to pay the balance anyway unfixed or they try to evict you out through court . I’ve had issues with my apartment since I’ve moved in . Balcony falling down , pest control issues , broken cabinets all toilets doorknob , lights you name it . Brought it to management attention several times with no help . Offered to move to another unit because of these issues and they wanted to force me to pay a transfer fee . Even asked about moving out since I’m unhappy with the apartments . Now trying to force me into a eviction or broken lease which is unfair . I have all proper documentation from emails to text messages to my move in list where I reported all issues in 2022. I’m definitely sueing this complex and I’ve reported them to the apartment association waiting on a update . My apartment has mold in the bathroom been growing for months . DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE APARTMENTS. People move out so fast and now I know why . Wish I would have listened to the reviews

the place is great close to schools and shopping malls. great management. rent is manageable. Ms. Leslie in the management dept is awesome person to have. very content.

I am a new resident of Ashford Court Apartments as of August 2023 and am enjoying the quiet community. I have already made use of the complex's various amenities, as well as, explored the beautiful outdoor scenery where paths are great for running, walking pets, and even just meditation! I would definitely recommend Ashford Point Apartments as a place to live. It's a family friendly community with schools, parks, and restaurants near by. Lastly, the new management and maintenance crew are time efficient and precise when making repairs. I read the old reviews, yet the property definitely has made necessary changes in order to improve the quality of the services and increase the value of the property!

Men I love these apartments .They are very clean ,peaceful ,spacious and well maintained ,no violence no dramas .The staff is super friendly especially Leslie she knows to handle her tenants very well she is very sweet and helpful person and makes sure everything is in good shape .i hve been living in this apartment for 2 years I never had any problem ,they always takes care of their tenants and very welcoming.xoxo

the company that took over this apartment complex is ridiculous!! I have had renters insurance for almost 3 years here..now they keep charging me with their own insurance and STILL haven't taken it off my bill and are saying that I will be evicted if i don't pay my balance. In the last 4 months this place has changed for the FAR worse, people smoking pot at 7:30 in the morning while kids are going to school. The police have been out here 3 times in one week just in my little area alone. Windows are broken out and haven't been replaced..they just board them up. Shady characters walking around at all times asking you for cigarettes and whatever and yelling and fighting!! Trash EVERYWHERE! Most dog owners don't have their dog on a leash so they come after my dog...not to mention all the poop around here...even on the sidewalks!! The laundry room is never cleaned..it's disgusting! Old refrigerators and stoves not being cleared away just sitting around different places in the complex. The pool hasn't had not ONE chair in the last 2 months plus they closed it early due to "cleaning". This place is a disgrace and UNSAFE to live at now to the point that I take my gun with me just to walk my dog! If you have kids....please don't subject them to these unsafe living conditions at this place!! And to the new owners..YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED....DO BETTER!!

I would not recommend this apartment. They give you clean apartment (they have too). However 1-3 days later roaches appear. Thought I can control it…but there are too many kept rising from ground up; upstairs bedroom too. I spent too much money on daily cleaning and roach prevention products but no use. I requested multiple pest control services but no use. The management would not release me from the lease. They force me to live in unsanitary condition environment; and I have a new born. Roaches are now everywhere in the apartment. All tenants can validate this. DONT LIVE HERE!!!

The previous management was commendable, providing high-quality customer service. However, since the new management took over, there has been a noticeable decline in the level of customer service. I have been subscribed with them for four years, and I am required to pay $20 each month. I have already provided all the necessary documentation to demonstrate that I have active insurance coverage until February, but they have lost my contract file, and the contract contains the insurance policy, and I am being asked to contact another corporate entity to inform them about my active insurance, in order to have the $20 charge decreased from the payment. I kindly request that you rectify this situation promptly. As a long-term customer, I believe it is unfair to be burdened with additional charges due to a miscommunication or administrative error. It would be greatly appreciated if you could investigate this matter and resolve it in a timely manner. However, considering the current circumstances, I must admit that I am starting to feel disheartened by the experiences I have had with your company. I encourage you to reflect on the service you are providing and consider the impact it has on your customers. I believe that for the sake of your reputation and customer satisfaction, it may be beneficial for me to explore other alternatives. I sincerely hope that you will take my concerns seriously and work towards a resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Stay away from this place. Management will not handle any situations. This place only wants your rent when it is due and that is it. Have discuss trouble with residents and apartment units issues multiple times. Failed to address or fix situation. Will not let you out of your lease unless you break your lease. Find a place avoid this place at all cost!!!!!!!

READ/ BELIEVE/ READ AGAIN- DO NOT DO THIS TO YOURSELF This is a horrible place to live or invest your money. I've lived here for 2 years. The first year was in an apartment - I had move immediately due to bed bugs. Si I moved into the town home, not even 2 months in the fridge went out and I had to beg for it to be replaced. Not even 6 months in- THE RATS HAVE TAKEN OVER!!!!!! Throughout the 2 years I have battled, argued, and pleaded with management and staff to uphold there contract and nothing has been done. They will tell you they're going to fix it and do nothing until you come back to complain again. This has been the most stressful and disgusting experience. I am now looking into legal counsel.

Run the females in the office are so rude. Tanya is the only one I found to be pleasant. I asked for something to be fix it take a long time. Very disappointed in the reaction from the staff. I will not be renewing my lease.

My experience has been wonderful. The Ashford Court staff is friendly and helpful. They made the move an easy transition. My townhouse is exactly what I was looking for with hardwood floors, fire place, playground, and washer/dryer hookup. The pool is very nice too. This is a safe, affordable place to live.

cockroach infestation, no matter what you do (I travel weeks and no food in sight and when I come back, tiny cockroaches still there). any complaint, the office staff passes the buck either saying you didnt speak to them personally, or to the exterminator or to the "corporate office", never takes any responsibility, pathetic, leadership tolerates bad behavior so it continues. Laundry is filthy and broken most times (use the washateria down the street). They choose to reply if you complement them but not if you have a complaint. you will not save money despite being one of the cheapest places around due to the extra amount of time you would need to deal with the inconveniences of living there. They have a pool that they're proud of but cant get the basics right. consider yourself warned: if you choose to stay, be ready to provide proper notices by Texas law (i.e. writtent, not through the portal) so you can break your lease for uninhabitability which you will shortly discover.

Very poor service. These apts are nasty. They Have Roaches In Every Apt No Matter How Hard You Clean. Maintenance Is horrible They Dont Pick Up The Phone Late At Night When Its An Emergency. Never Lease From Here !! RUN

I have been here at Ashford Courts apts for over a year now, and very pleased with the services received. The maintenance people are always cordial, prompt and efficient, and that is important to me.

We've been living at Ashford court for 5 years. We've been in our townhouse for 4 years. We had RAT PROBLEMS, SOMEONE BROKE INTO MY SPOUSE FEDEX WORK TRUCK AND WE HAD A BURGLAR BREAK INTO OUR TOWN HOME THEY STOLE OUR PLAYSTATION, WEDDING RINGS AND OTHER VALUABLE ITEMS!! THE APARTMENT MANAGER ERIKA WAS VERY NONCHALANT SHE TOLD US "WELL WE LIVE IN ALIEF IT HAPPENS" THERES NO SECURITY IN THE DAY TIME WHICH IS HORRIBLE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY FIND A NICE LUXURY SECURED APARTMENT!!!!!!!!

WARNING: Worst apartment complex my wife and I have ever stayed in. Work truck broken into, house broken into stole our wedding rings , game system and other valuable items in BROAD DAYLIGHT . not to mention our piece of mind. The office management was not sympathetic nor can or will they do anything about it. Now we're stuck and unsafe , this is no longer home.

I decided on Ashford Court because I red the reviews available and they had very good comments. they had everything I was looking for at an affordable price. The administrative and maintenance staff is friendly. They resolve issues quickly. I've being living there a few months and everything is ok, the complex is clean, safe and well located. The pool is always clean so you can use it with confidence. This apartments are located near to Fiesta, HEB, Walmart, and Target and the middle of the West Oak Mall and Memorial Mall. it is definitely a good place to live.

I finally decided on Ashford Court because they had everything I was looking for at an affordable price. The staff is warm and friendly. They listen to all concerns and resolve issues quickly. I love my townhouse layout! It's just enough space and I don't have to have anyone go through my bedroom to use the restroom. I get a free workout that I can't miss going up and down my steps. The only thing I dislike about my apartment is I do not have a patio. The area is also great! Walmart, HEB, Fiesta, and Target are all right around the corner.
