There is a lot of noise and the property is dirty. There is trash everywhere, there is no loyalty with the bill, and there is no clarification, a service ticket is created, and nobody turns up

Management and maintenance provide poor service, tickets are created and closed without any action, there is trash everywhere, kids and noise all the time, and neighbors don't respect each other. There have been a lot of good guys leaving this property recently

This property is very nice and clean all the way and it’s secure , never had any issues of maintenance or rental , always had a good experience here ????

Management has zero knowledge, zero regard for residents. They don’t give you right information regarding any dues. They mis-charge you for what you don’t owe. They also don’t keep any word or promises in terms of leasing agent helping you through lease process. They give you one information one day and next day it’s completely altered. I’ve personally observed their office full of people screaming and complaining at them. The apartments are the filthiest ever in terms of hygiene and living conditions, full of roaches and mouse. I couldn’t sleep countless nights for the fear of mouse, they run treatments time to time but to no use. I’ve lived both in two story and 3 story buildings. There is weed smell in apartment in 3-story buildings. The environment outside 3-building is not safe. There are fights and abusing all the time you hear. I complained multiple times and they risked my personal safety with those complaints as well. I will never recommend this for living, the last option on this earth if you have no other survival means.

I don't even know where to start with this review because the apartments are a mess! Let's start with the outside...feral cats, dumpsters are a mess, and every now and then a random toilet outside. Now on the inside, thin walls so you will hear all the children running around and screaming while running past your door, once I had 2 mice in my apartment, I've been asking for my A/C unit to be fixed since April (and I live on the 3rd floor, so not only is it hot..it's extremely hot from the heat rising and my apartment faces where the sun rises) they kept lying saying they fixed it for months until they gave me a window unit. Originally the window unit was supposed to be a temporary fix until they purchased the part needed for the main unit. It's now September and they took my window and still have not fixed the main unit. Plumbing, my neighbors below were complaining about a leak coming from apartment. I noticed my toilet was leaking from the handle and when maintenance came, he said it was coming from the shower and I needed a new shower curtain. This was around June and now the toilet hasn't worked in 2 months and I'm unsure if they ever did anything for the neighbors below. You will have roaches and maybe even mice, after my toilet went out, I went to stay with family (thinking it would only take a day or two to fix all of my issues..idk why I thought that after it took forever just to a get a window unit) and went back after a week to find the apartment was INFESTED with ROACHES! Please don't waste your time and money. Every time I go to the office to complain, there are 3 to 4 others there to complain as well. All of the following reviews are correct as well.

This apartment complex has horrible management and maintenance. Water leak from second floor are almost on every unit, particularly from toilet! Took them months to respond eventhough calling them everyday! Stay away from this place!

The management is very poor! Sinks over flow, roofs are falling , ACs don’t work, apartments are full of bedbugs and the management doesn’t care at all whatsoever. Even after going to the office multiple times a week to file a complaint they don’t send anyone to fix the problem. The workers aren’t cooperative at all! please don’t waste your money by moving here. There’s trash all over the place!

These apartments are the worst. The management is very poor no one is willing to help you here. The neighborhood is dirty and it smells. No one cleans or checks the neighborhood. The managers don’t care and the laundry rooms are the worst. There is no sewerage system and this neighborhood is full of pests and bed bugs. The management does not care at all!! They are just talking money and doing nothing. Please don’t ever move here and they should be reported to the city on how unhygienic these apartments are!

The service is poor They are liars and disrespectful The complex is old and too many issues They don't have enough people for maintenance.

Living in these apartments is like living in 3rd world country. Whenever you go to complaint they will say we will send someone and for days no one shows up. Our roof ceiling is leaking for last 2 days, all carpets and floor is messed up, i reported complaint and as usual they will do it whenever they want. Apartments condition is worst. Water is coming out of Bathtub drainage. They charge for every ticket.

First, very good attention, in the office, they solve quickly, the maintenance is super .... and very clean ... if they speak Spanish, super the assistant Jessica ..

If somebody is looking to rent out these apartments plz dont do it because there is no maintaince facility if u have any kind of emergency nobody answers we have no power since 15 hours in our apartment nobody is coming to fix it and we dont know when its going to be fixed poor management i feel i made a mistake to moved in to the ashford crescent oaks apartment.
