Wonderful staff of Anh, Bernice, and Ashley made me feel at home from our first meeting. And the property is beautiful, customer service is top tier!!
Frequent Robberies. People tires and catalac converter have been stolen. Bikes have been stolen off residents balconies.
I have lived here for over 2 years. At first, this apartment seemed nice because of the location on the bayou and the upgraded finishes, but there is so much CRIME in the parking lot and the apartment management has been doing shady things. Personally, my bike has now been stolen twice. Once from the bike rack with a chain, and once from my balcony, which the thief would have to have climbed up 6 ft or so to get onto. There has been over a dozen car break ins, tires stolen, etc over the past year. One of these incidents led to gun shots in the parking lot, which I heard from inside my apartment. After this incident and addressing my concerns to management, I was told we would have a town hall type meeting where residents would get together with staff and the courtesy officer to discuss preventative measures and other initiatives the apartment would take. That was over 3 months ago and this has not been scheduled or followed up on.. Management has not done much to steer away these crimes. They say they have cameras and a courtesy officer that lives here but that has not helped any of these situations from being prevented or solved. Also, after being here 2 years and am about to move out in less than 4 months, I have been charged with a pet fee and pet deposit equaling $500 to my rent, which I thought was taken care of when I first moved in. The gate is continuously broke from people running into it, and the pool is frequently closed to maintenance and other issues according to management. During the course of the pandemic, rent continued to increase. Normally I would agree with this because it is standard, but over the pandemic I was the only person out of my friends (living in other complexes in Houston) who had their rent increase elsewhere. I would not recommend moving into Ashford Lakes. This place is going downhill fast.
Office Management and Staff are excellent, Ashley, Anh and Bernice are all very professional, exemplifying positive attitudes !
I only moved cuz we bought a house. I miss the staff and neighbors. Great place to live.

Love this place! And I renewed my lease:) good Bang for the buck$ ( Beautiful nature style and bike trails and all stores nearby! Also easy access to freeways :)Property is always clean and maintained big shout out to the office staff especially Burnece and Haley!! they always pick up or return phone calls Immediately:) always very professional and respectful and last but not least much love and respect!! to the maintenance team best in the business I appreciate what y’all do!!!

Ashford Lakes was my home for eight (8) years before Hurricane Harvey and I have been back for two (2) years and the community, management and property are even better than before! This is a five star property with an excellent management team and maintenance team that care about tenant concerns and go to great lengths to fullfil requests! Top notch service!!!

I love these apartments! Very beautiful and worth every penny. Management is super friendly and hands on when thing are needed. If you are looking for a great and quiet place to stay, This it.I would definitely recommend this apartment 10/10!

Love the apartments, and great location, as for amenities pool was tiny, weight room was good enough. Unfortunately all of that was overshadowed by the management at the location. Issues were met with carelessness when it came to being fixed, blame was passed cast on the renters of the particular building we were located in. They failed to fix the issue so over a course of 3-4 months we dealt with sewage issues in one of our bathrooms. We wrote a negative review and were contacted by a lawyer! Glad to be gone!

The office Management and Staff are excellent, Regina, Anh and Bernice are all very professional, exemplifying positive attitudes and very helpful when needed. the office staff here are friendly and engaging the residents, providing opportunies for community meet and greets on a regular. When I call for support or services they follow up quickly. Ashford Lakes is a wholesome and safe enviroment for singles and families as well. Although Parking can be a small challenge if you have more than one vechicle.My experience here has been a refreshing thus for and I highly recommend Ashford Lakes Apartment for those who are looking for a clean, comfortable and quite envorment with a Luxuary feeling. My apartment's location and proximity to work was critical. The quality of services maintenance, management support, security and amenities were important within the apartment was size, layout, lighting, kitchen appliances, washer, dryer and bathroom size were critical. In multilevel the top level is the best due to ceiling height and minimal noise from other apartments. The view from the porch and proximity to Ashford lake provides relaxing moments after a day of work. The barbecue areas and deck on the Lake, along with the community pool adds the finishing touches to enjoy the apartment paid off for the rest of your life. So when seeking your apartment may you find those things that add value to your life. Enjoy your search for the best, I did.
