once you leave they charge you alot. all things in the units are already old.
This management is a money sucking leech. After they have taken $1500 of the deposit for a bunch of surcharges, now are threatening to send me to collections for 1 additional charge not included in the move out package stating they are not liable because vendor didn’t send bill till 1 month after move out date. Seem to be doing this to all of their tenants who left so if you plan on staying short term, do not lease with FPI Management.
I've lived here for 8 years and love it. The Management team; Samantha and Carly, the best. Very attentive to my needs making me feel safe, comfortable and happy. The residents are very friendly and connecting. Many have lived here for years. In gratitude. Monica
This place will hit you with more fees than you can wave a stick at. Everywhere you turn is an extra cost. Rent is so much higher than what it should be especially since the units haven't been updated in years. Everything breaks, maintenance takes forever to respond. The grounds aren't kept well at all. Rude, condescending staff. Not a safe or pleasant place to live. Go anywhere else.
I lived here for a year, and everything was ... ok. The staff could have been better at communicating, which is why i am now in a situation that is completely messed up. I moved out over a year ago, after asking if the deposit will be returned. I was told that everything was paid off, and then I am now being chased by collections for a fee I am still unaware of. I called ashford Park and got lied to about how I would be called back, and the lady just suggested I pay the money. Pay for what? I still don’t know. This is the worst place I’ve lived since it’s so petty and terrible. The staff will not correspond with you professionally, and will likely ignore you/give you the runaround if you aren’t giving them money. There was one guy in the office who sounded friendly, but never made the effort to inform me of what’s I owe. Don’t waste your money, since that’s all that they care about here.
Wow! Access to 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis, barbecues,a 24 hour fitness center, and common areas maintained by the property management? Sounds like a great apartment complex. A wrap around backyard? Garage? Driveway? Washer/dryer in unit? This isn't an apartment! It is a duplex, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home built within the complex so the tenants may enjoy all the splendor or apartment community without the stairs, noisy neighbors, and lack of outdoor space. The north/south facing duplex includes a 1 car garage and driveway big enough to fit 2 more cars. Outdoor storage is great, and all the storage inside. With a wall of cabinets between the bedrooms and a master bathroom with dual sinks and cabinets. The backyard is open and sunny with a few large trees front and back to help keep it cool.
This duplex is perfect for a first home or for anyone with pets trying to escape the heat that we all loathe in the valley of California. The long driveway fits 2-3 cars comfortably so the additional 1 car garage is an excellent space to be used for storage, play-time, or a work space. An additional outdoor closet is placed by the front door to keep any tools, or sports equipment you may have (the lock here is the same for the front door so no need to worry). Located between 2 exits off of the highway, this space is ideal for commuters, however, noise and the bustle of the traffic seems far away when tucked in the trees and landscape of this space. Entering the home from a well-kept front lawn is an open floor plan with adjacent dining and living rooms. A huge front closet provides space for those winter coats that needn't take up space in your walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Off the dining area is the kitchen. The kitchen is updated with tons of cabinet space and built in dishwasher. Down the hallway you find an updated full bathroom and second bedroom; big enough for a king sized bed and other furniture. Across the hall you'll find a wall lined with built in cabinets big enough to store linens to a vaccuum cleaner to extra food supplies. At the end of the hall you enter the master bedroom. Luxuriously spacious with private full bathroom, double sinks, and medicine cabinets (its the little things!). The backyard can be entered into from the door in the master, or the door in the living room providing an easy way to allow cross breeze in the home on those hot summer nights. The backyard wraps around half the home, plenty of space to play with or without dogs. 1 very large oak tree shades 75% of the backyard that is also kept up by the maintenance service provided in your lease. Outside the home but inside the gated complex youll find free access to 2 full size swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, and a fitness center. There is also a clubhouse available for day rental is you want to host a party in a bigger space at your home. Management is understanding, friendly, and flexible. This complex is friendly to smokers but not in common areas as to not disturb others. The community is diverse, but full of those looking to have the benefits of a city and night life and be able to come home to serenity.
