The modern conveniences of fast-growing Clarksville are thoroughly complemented by its small-town vibe. Historical establishments nestle beside modern stores, blending the old with the new. A diverse population appreciates the ability to move away from the stress of big-city life while staying in tune with the modern world.
A strong connection to the outdoors makes Clarksville the perfect place to unwind after a long day at work, or after a full day of shopping at Governor’s Square Mall. Several state parks and the rolling waters of the Cumberland and Red Rivers afford residents and visitors the opportunity to experience nature’s calming effects. Stroll along the river banks or walk in the local parks and relax to the soothing sounds of nature’s bounty.
One hour north of Nashville, Clarksville provides its residents with convenient access to the metro’s city life and country music attractions.

Thank you so much for your kind review. We appreciate you living at Ashford Place!
RENTER BEWARE!! First off the noise of the neighbors is absolutely terrible no respect. The walls are so thin you hear everything the neighbors are talking about. The lawn service is terrible half the time the don't blow off the side walks. You walk and look at the lawn and don't cut half of it the best looking park is when you come in and near the office. Very uneven the part that is cut. They say they have a tree service. Not at all. They say no solicitation but someone always coming around trying to sale something. The pool there is suppose to be no smoking but after the office closes all rules are broke. Even the maintenance men break all rules. The pool is closed half the time cause it's greener then the grass. When it is open its just nasty they don't clean it. Windows? Ha the townhouses don't have them at all. Just doors and can't open cause no screen doors to open. So of course critters will get in and summer hotter then you know what unless you live on your downstairs all the time. Dogs? People let their dogs poop any place and suppose to be a leash law too. They say restricted breeds. Yea not so. They say walk your dogs in appropiate areas. Can't cause at night there is no lighting they have all these light post but not one works. They work on tge tennus courts but i think they needcto worry about up dating their apartments, but they say if they do they will raise your rent. They say no grills. People have them on their porches which I found unsafe cause after hours they cranked them up. Half the wall plugs didn't work, toilets always ran. And out of date kitchen. They say if you get an apartment with up to date stuff it's $100.00 more a month. Really? Thats wrong. People slam doors and the walls shake and things fall off the walls but office doesn't care in the least. No wonder the doors don't latch right. Kids leave toys all over the place and go between the vehicles and scratch the vehicles up. I can't tell you how many scratches my car got just from living there from their bikes, and other things. All they care about is getting that monthly rent they care nothing about the people who live there or their property. Mold in the walls is terrible I was sick all the time. Reason I know it was mold was cause went to doctor and was confirmed. I just don't know how they past inspection with no windows.

My husband and I moved here from Louisville a few months ago. We were relocated with his job and began searching online for apartments thinking how crazy we were to just buy over the phone and trust the internet that it would be what we were hoping for. It wasn’t. IT WAS MORE! Since moving here. The staff has been more then remarkable! So helping, welcoming and funny that i almost refuse to ever want to move again! The facility itself is even more then we expected and couldn’t be happier! The only down fall is the entrance to Richview Rd in the AM due to parents blocking the entrance with their cars to drop the kids off at the bus. To me that wouldn’t be an Ashford place issue as much as a higher authority that we have contacted and it’s been fixed! If your like us and moving from far away, trust me, it’s WORTH IT! The school district is amazing and the place itself is perfect!

Thank you so much for your kind review! We hope to continue to exceed your expectations in all aspects. They have approved the widening of the street next to us which should resolve some of these issues.
Deciding to live here was the worst decision I’m counting the days down untill my lease is up. The walls are paper thin I can hear my neighbors next to me conversations and if you have family over everyone will complain you’re being loud and harass you with eviction threats even if you’re quiet only because the people complaining are almost 80 years old and live next door there are constant problems and moved in with a lot of stuff broken on doors and outlets not working

But if you are smart stay away! There are roaches everywhere and even if they spray every single week they are constantly coming back even when you using the kitchen. The people who work there are so bad they will tell you anything so that you would move in, but it is not worth it. The rent for this place should be anywhere from 300-600 and not anywhere close to the price they are charging. The type of people that seems to live here are drug dealers, crazy people, and annoying college students. You also have to be prepared to pay a lot when you move out because they are strict. They charge everyone for carpet cleaning, but they end up removing everyone's carpet and say they will charge $900 or so dollars for it. Please be smart and look somewhere else, it is worth paying an extra $50 for some other apartment. Unless they change their ways such as learning to pay for their own things that should be their responsibility, this place would still get 2 stars max for having better people working there.
It's a decent place to live, especially for the price. The buildings are old and the walls are pretty thin but it's cheap and it's in a great part of town. It's up the street from restaurants and Wal-Mart so that's a plus.
Management complains about something all the time and people moving in and out constantly. 98% of the appartments in our unit alone have been emptied 1-3 times in less than 2 years. The company has refinancing problems. Trailers got stolen. Management complains and threatens to tow us if we keep our truck hooked to our trailer for safety. Security isn't here to protect you. Instead they file complaints and send threats in order to make us comply to their constant growing list of rules and regulations. Rates increase and they make us sign leases with extra months tacked on with all kinds of excuses as to why. No upgrades or improvements have been made to benefit the residents since we moved in. Our experience has been very negative and we won't be renewing a lease again. Save yourself the headache and pay more for customer service.
I expected to find a clean, ready to move-in apartment. What I got was one that needed light bulbs replaced over the vanity, cobwebs around the sliding door, dead roaches in the cabinets, and a very over powering stench of cigarette smoke.
The apartments themselves are very unique, located 15 minutes from downtown and shopping. Doesn't have a fitness center, but does have pool, tennis court, and park. Has dog areas and very friendly people in the main office. Also has a laundry area open 24/7 so no need to wait till off days to do laundry at any time.
Management is friendly. The apartments are old. The rent increases but no renovations/upgrades are done. More rules are being enforced and priviledges are being taken away yet nothing is being done to enhance the property or encourage positivity among the residents.
With it's earth tone colors this apartment complex has an excellent color scheme through out the apartment with every room providing you with ample space. The walking closet so space-ish like that of a secret hideaway. It even can fit a washer and dryer. The playground with it's new equipment is adventurous for all ages. The tennis court has been recently updated to a more professional appeal. All in all this area is well lit for those after dinner romantic strolls and neighbors who respect the after hours quite hours.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We are pleased to hear you are happy with our community and recent improvements.
Ashford place is a great place to live whether single or have a family! Me and my fiance love these apartments there so convienant to work, the baby's doctor, WalMart, publix, convienant stores, so close to the mall and not far from ft Campbell base! Also they have a nice clean pool. Voleyball courst, tennis courts, play ground. 24 hr maintenance, and for emergencies they are so fast! They pay a portion of your water, electric runs around 120 a month, we had the 2 bedroom down stairs, they have amazing porches that are very peaceful to sit and listen to mother nature! Also I love that they had dryer connections! They are pet friendly and also have doggy stations to help keep the property clean. You should deff check it out! You'll love to call it your home! Good luck!
