Ashford Westchase

This complex was a decent place years ago but now is so deplorable. The maintenance is poor, there is no security , robbers enter to break into the cars. Yesterday 20 cars were robbed and broke glasses and the security guy was not there. The surveillance cameras are useless. The administration is not helpful , they don't care. Do a favor yourself and find a better,safer place to live

Moved here 1 year ago into my first ever apartment I have to say its been good experience the managers are very attentive to any issues and resloves things fast I definitely recommend living here if your interested

Currently looking to lease a one bedroom here. I recently did a tour with a staff member named Claudia and she was amazing!! She was very knowledgeable about the apartments and she answered my specific questions (I am very picky). All in all I had a great experience during my tour and I would definitely recommend these apartments!! They have upgraded appliances and you can tell the complex is very adamant on keeping the physical appearance up to high standards as well. If you come here definitely catch a tour with Claudia, she’s very professional and has such a great personality!

Complex staff is very helpful, especially Claudia, she is very helpful and patient, she explains everything, prices are competitive for the location. The location is excellent. The amenities are also plentiful and very well maintained. Overall a great experience in a great location

I recently moved to Houston for a new job and I have been living with a friend while looking for an apartment. Gustavo helped me find a new home in Ashford Westchase. He made the move in process a lot easier for me. Definitely recommend everyone coming in for a tour and ask for Gustavo!

I have been looking for an apartment for the past two weeks and I am happy to say I finally found a good apartment. Claudia was very friendly from the moment I walked in. She was very clear and helpful through the whole leasing process.

I love the new office staff. I moved in last year and ever since the new manager and staff have been here, I have seen a lot of good changes in the apartment complex. They went above and beyond to help me apply for assistance during covid. And they are always welcoming and friendly in the office.

Hello, I have been an resident of Ashwood Westchase apartment for several years. I just met our new management team, and I must say Luisa is outstanding. Just Saturday morning my air conditioning unit went out. I immediately contacted my leasing office and spoke with staff. That same day the manager had followed up with an solution to my concerns. She made me aware the process of repairing my unit will take several days. She had serveral options to make sure i was comfortable during the duration of the repair and gave me updates on the progress. Now Wednesday my air conditioning unit is completely fixed. The maintenance guys where very insightful. Once left Luisa called within minutes to make sure I was satisfied with the service. Now I have been here a while and Ashford at Woodchase has went through a lot of different management teams, but I am confident to say that the current management is the greatest.

Start with the office staff, they work with you on whatever you may need, the apartments themselves are nice, always have security on property, some neighbors are louder than others but that’s everywhere you go! The water was an issuer but they have corrected that!

These people are LOW DOWN AND CROOKED!! They have a shady towing enforcement program going on here. . My car was recently towed because my parking sticker wasn't visible in the window in which it was in my car the whole time. This cost me over $300! I spoke with the manager and leasing agent about this and all they did was throw their hands in the air and point to the towing policy. I'm sure they're getting kickbacks from this. I will not renew my lease or I recommend this property to anyone. Rent at your own Risk!

DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PROPERTY! It is not safe, there has been two murders here in the past few months, little to no security and the property management is in cahoos with a certain towing company that preys on the residents and their visitors to make 20% of every tow. HIGHLY illegal! The flooring also leaks white substances from underneath.

Ashford Westchase is an excellent place to live. I've been here for over a year and it's very quiet. The atmosphere is ideal for children, everything is clean and safe. They do many activities and make everyone feel like family. The office staff is very friendly ... but the maintenance guys are the best because they work fast and work everything out.

I'm moved in 3 months ago they have been painting or doing the counter tops we couldn't breathe I go to the office tell them they haven't done anything about it when I paid rent on July 1st do a work order for 3 little things and still no one has came to the apt to fix I go again to office and I find the same rude office worker it's like u are bothering her this is about the same demeanor I get with her all the time I go in the worst decision I made to move here also I wish someone would have told this place floods they have me an apts that faces the drainage which I found out until we got done heavy rain thanks for the info for letting me know

I like the services offered here,neat environment,security of the property,quick response of maintenance staffs,cordiality of the staffs in general,all of these makes it home for all!

I started living here 8 yrs ago when it was under a different owner and management. When I first moved here it was an older property with all the normal issues that came with living in an older complex in Houston, but the area was up and coming and the price was right. Ever since it became part of the Ashford family of properties a few yrs ago I have really been impressed with all the changes and improvements they have made and continue to make. One of those changes are the resident parties that Ashford regularly throws for us, including family block parties, and the single residents happy hour party. I feel safe, I know my neighbors and the staff by name, and I feel like I am part of a real community. The area itself has changed also. Phillips 66 , Blinds.com, National Oil Well Varco have moved into brand new office towers in the area, so the neighbors in my complex are a diverse mix of family's, and young professionals. Great food and shopping are in a two mile radius of my apartment, including Chinatown, Nicks place (best handmade pizza), El Tiempo, Sherlock's Baker Street, and the Original Marini's Empanada House (recently featured on Food Channels Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives). I just renewed my lease today to start my 9th yr as a resident...Btw, the price is still right.

MY STAY HERE AT ASHFORD WESTCHASE APTS HAVE BEEN PLEASENT I LIKE IT ITS QUIET AND NOT A LARGE COMPLEX, HOPE TO BE HERE 4 MORE YEARS.

I am extremely excited about living here. Me and my family have been here since 2010 and there weatherization program has made my electric bill drop drastically. Previously for the two bedroom my light bill was nearly an estimate of $200 per month, now with the new A/C unit they have installed it averages to no more than $60 a month. They also have a free electricity program that they offer, and it's so satisfying knowing that they put their residents first!

I am so happy with the new staff at Ashford of Westchase. I feel very comfortable coming to them with any issues that I am have. They are extremely helpful, and try to make the residence feel more like a community. They bring the tenants together by hosting gatherings every month so all the families can get to know one another.

I just recently moved into Ashford Westchase and I absolutely love that I made the change from my last place. I Immediately felt welcomed and that I belonged here. The office staff is AMAZING, as well as the maintenance staff the even helped me move some of my stuff into my new home. This community is definitely where I will be living for a while. My apartments are somewhat on the bad and okay side . Too many problems that go wrong as in the hot water not working , the air doesn't blow at times it gets really hot at night at times , the sinks are starting to peel off of them . It's would be a good apartments if everything was done right .

I moved into Asford of Westchase because the rent was affordable for the area in which it is located. You're minutes away from the beltway and minutes away from catching highway 59. The apartments is right across from an elementary school which is convenient if you have a little one. It is also minutes away from the hospital and not far from different shopping centers. I have been living at this location for about a year and so now and they have been through at least 2 different management. They have made some changes to the complex but not enough for a rent increase in my opinion. The apartments are infested with roaches, the wall are thin, there are not enough parking spaces, and maintenance take forever to complete their work orders. Some of the staff in the main office are very rude. There is always people outside by the playground playing loud music and have their kids running around late at night. My car has gotten towed over three different times because they don't have enough parking spaces for residents and their guess and the parking spaces were not marked correctly. For the most part it is an okay place for the price, space and neighborhood but I will not recommend them to anyone.
