after getting approved it was such a hassle to get into the place. Something always came up it seemed like. Move in date switched three times even after making arrangements for these days. After we finally moved in we discovered the apartment has roaches. And also they will be charging utilities based on how many people occupy the apartment for unexpired leases. When my lease expires I will not be renewing it.

Love the community, my neighbors are very friendly. Love that they have activities like the one on the summer for Hispanic heritage month. Halloween candy for the kids. Staff is great.

Pros: -Close to shopping center. Rent goes up like 7% every year but it’s still affordable for the area. -Spacious apartment, with nice balconies. Some have storage closet too. -Dog poop stations. Free poop bags provided along with multiple disposal stations. -Simple maintenance request system. You call, receive a confirmation number, and they show up randomly. -Open door policy for management during business hours. They are also good at answering phone calls. -Kids play outside safely with no problems. Also lots of school buses for transportation. Cons: -Centralized heating and AC don’t keep apartments cool in the summer and warm in the winter. -Property crime. Neighbors Honda air bag was stolen and another neighbors 4 tires were stolen off their Honda civic. Need cameras or more frequent patrols. -Parking is bad. Residents have multiple cars. Hard for residents and visitors to find spots. There should be an assigned resident and visitor spot per apartment. -Cars get towed randomly at night without prior notices or warnings; sometimes for violations not explicitly mentioned in documents. Management sends out emails that mention some violations but not all of them. -Residents don’t pick up their dog’s poop. Management reminder emails don’t do anything. -Management sent out notices about no marijuana usage on properties. But residents still smoke it in the buildings and in parking lots.

I’m living with hole in my walls for two weeks now. All my belongings that are normally stored in the closet is sitting out on the floors and I don’t know when repairs will be made. The pipe that has caused this leak is still leaking and mold and mildew is forming to the point where you can smell it. This is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place at all.

I love my apartment complex. I just wish management would do something about the loud hot rod resident unsafe drivers , loud parties past quiet hours, the illegal extra tenants next door definitely going over occupancy limits, and the rude people putting trash in our dumpster, when they have their own.

Good neighborhood. Not too many issues to make a deal about. Parking can be tricky if you don’t have a pass, but I have mine. Trash gets picked up twice a week

I have been living here for 15 years. The complex is great. I have not had any issues here, but my last 2 years here has not been good due to parking restrictions and very high rent increases. Once again I have been living here for 15 years. I do like it here but I feel I will have to move soon due to these two issues.

Overall it has been a good place to live and call home for the last 10 years; no majors problems other then the door slammers and dog owners that continue to not pick up their dog waste.

While once a great place to live, it has been in decline the past few years. They had one really good property manager but that person was promoted upwards and it has been subpar since.

Everything is very nice. I don't give it 5 stars because I had a bad experience in the parking lot. To sum up they tried to steal my car once but the people at the office were very professional and helped me a lot apart from that everything is very nice I love the services they offer

Place is nice. Wasn’t pleased with not being able to have a temporary parking pass for a car I was borrowing from a family member when I had to put mine in the shop. Won’t go into detail but felt it wad not handled well. Management is very proactive about dealing with pest as service was sent swiftly.

Great place to live! Close to popular local stores and restaurants, including Applebees, Olive Garden, Walmart and Target. Spacious apartments with amenities included. A peaceful community with friendly neighbors, great staff and superb management.

Quite neighborhood and very convenient to stores within walking distance. Also convenient to 295 within secs which makes it easy to direct friends and family when visiting.

Great place. Maintance response to reports promptly. Cleaning ladies always keep buildings clean. Only things is that I wish they will have more washing machines only one washer and dryer per building and other residents leave their clothes inside machines for hours and can not wash clothes until they come get it

Excellent service. The maintenance service is quite effective and they quickly solve your maintenance problems.love public lighting... because even at night you can have a lot of light in the entire parking area

My experience for the past six (6) years living at Ashley Apartments is great. It's one the best apartment communities to raise a child. The Entire staff including the very competent and dedicated Maintenance team is friendly and respectful.

If you like marijuana users, loud music, trash not in dumpster (by residents), not curbing dogs and too many occupancies in one dwelling. Then Ashley Apartments is perfect for you. I've lived at Ashley Apartments for many years. But when my lease ends I'm through. Each year the quality has significantly declined. The staff is a rotating door of people and management. However some of the staff and management have been professional. My issues have gone unsolved and I feel powerless. So I want the public to know. This could be you, locked in for a year of this. When you sign a lease you agree to terms, rules and payment. If people don't abide by the lease terms and rules. Shouldn't you enforce some sort of penalties? Be very cautious of considering moving to AshleyApartments.
I love the peaceful and quiet neighborhood, I give grounds keeping and maintenance a A . The close shopping retailers are a must. It's just all around great experience to a residence at Ashley apartments.

Poor management, quick to raise your rent and slow to repair or replace broken stuff in or around your apartment. The quality of living at Ashley apartments has dropped drastically. You have to endure marijaunna smell from adjoining apartments seeping into your apartment, I will never recommend anyone to rent here

I have mice in my apartment now. I'm calling today to get them removed. I hate mice. I do not understand how I started off with roaches and then ended up with mice. My door has a big slit that was to be replaced in August and still hasn't so that may be the problem. You would think with the parking rules, money for rent, and can't use the gym because I work and it's not open on the weekends ( that's crazy) I can come home to no roaches or mice but that might be asking for too much. SMH
