I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A -5 STARS !!!! I lived here for 3 years and of all the places I’ve ever lived this has been by far the worse experience I’ve ever had !!! Besides the pools never being opened In the whole 3 years that was the least of my worries there was always shootings my apartment was infested with termites , roaches and ants !!! The garbage area was disgusting and to top that off the front access gate was always broken so everyone and anyone could enter whenever !!! I got out of my car to enter my apartment one day and there was full out shooting and I had to run !!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND ENERGY ITS HORRIBLE !!!! NOT EVEN EXAGGERATING I SWEAR !!!

As of late. I haven’t been feeling safe. New people have been moving into the building lately and apparently one of the residents like to randomly shoot their gun in the air. It’s startling and I feel unsafe and uneasy. Also, the trash left by the kids AND adults throughout the entire complex is sad. People will throw an entire to go box of eaten chicken wings with French fries and sauces all on the ground. Entire bags of trash are left in the middle of the grass or street from time to time. It’s too many people that don’t care about the appearance of their community that live here. When my lease is up, I’ll definitely be moving.

We want to assure you, that we take pride in being able to provide our residents with a comfortable place to call home, and that our grounds are well maintained daily. Our staff nor have any of our patrol officers reported any such actions of someone shooting a gun in our community. We take these reviews very seriously and want to make sure you are aware of that. Our management team does indeed hold our residents very much accountable for trash that is not disposed of properly. Roaches have taken over my apartment. No matter what I do they come back. I’ve put in many requests for pest control and they never come. It’s so bad I don’t even eat at home. They’d probably have to burn the building down to get them out of her. In addition to the pests The children below me live unattended and smoke weed all day and the smell comes into my apartment. The eat on the stairs and leave a mess, the break down blunts on the stairs and leave the Tabacco and let’s not talk about the damage that has been done to my car over the years because of them. Management does not care about it tenants and that’s the truth.

As a current resident. I have been unsatisifed since day 1. With the leasing office especially. They do not accommodate what so ever for anything. I have to put in several work orders to fix my apartment, still nothing is complete. The neighbors are disruptive and loud and the office does not do anything about. Please find somewhere to live

The property is lovely. It's so close to the highway. The exit has everything you could need. The setting is surrounded by full green forests. All of this convenience and natural beauty is jeopardized by the tendency of the leasing managers to neglect the maintenance needs of the residents. So while they keep up the landscaping and outer beauty, the interior of the apartments become run down, the appliances become old, carpets don't get cleaned, pest control doesn't get done, and problems like mold or electrical shortages may go unchecked. The apartment has many units for medium to large size families, which may mean that the apartment's maintenance requests are high, but they don't seem to be managing their responses to these requests in a system that let's them record multiple requests per unit. They will address one problem at a time, which means that more than one requests will result in large gaps of time between each one being met, which by that time another problem may have risen, which means that your unit being 100% may not happen. The apartment recently hired a new leasing manager, so we're waiting to see what changes to the maintenance request tracking system will be implemented. I don't think this negligence is malicious or the result of a lack of skill on behalf of the maintenance team. I think requests are literally being forgotten, not communicated, and the maintenance staff is not empowered to take requests on site.

Kimberly cascades may look very nice on the outside when your not visiting them on the weekends. The ugly truth is that they don't fix anything at all. my apartment Has a very bad water leak whenever I run my air conditioner as well under my kitchen sink. I've contacted the office several times but no one has yet to come fix anything. There's a butch of little disrespectful children that runs out in the apartments unattended playing in the streets as well as running in front of cars purposely. The parents out in the apartments are lazy, they throw trash outside of the trash can when the trash is not full and it is left there to pile up until the weekday has approached. The only good thing I will say is that they are affordable, but I guess that's another case of; " you getting what you pay for". This is most definitely not what I expected from these apartment.

Well my disclaimer is I live in the VERY front. All of my neighbors were older, very quiet people. From what I was told the back was where all the hot heads live but I never had to deal with that. They have 2 pools in the neighborhood but only opened one at a time and if the children did something I.e. dive in, they would close the pool so that no one could swim. Bummer. But overall it was a really nice place.
