The community is very different from when I moved in. It used to be nice and quiet and well-manicured. Now there's too much loud noise and people hanging out in the parking lot. There's more weed smoking. Abandoned cars are in the parking lot. Office staff don't have concern for issues that need to be addressed.

The experience of living in the Ashley Court apartments has been a God's send. They are spacious, nicely appointed with electric fireplaces, columns, sunrooms. Office personnel is always, welcoming, pleasant and professional. The garbage valet service is an added bonus of comfort and convenience. Very happy to be a resident.

The staff are super friendly! My dog loves the fenced in dog park and I love the pool. I recently had a problem with my AC and they came to fixed it the same day I put in my request and also respected my request to knock because I do have a dog. They were very nice ans was able to fix the problem quickly.

Affordable and office staff is helpful. If there is any issue and you bring it to the attention of the office they will take care of it but sometimes you do have to bring it to their attention!

The community is nice and the staff are very friendly. All my work orders I submitted have been addressed quickly which is a plus since there are a lot of places where it takes forever to get work done. Keep up the good work guys!
