The Grove at Enon Springs

I pay my rent every month in time, but I forgot this month to pay within the first 5 days and I got an email on the 6th days to ask me for the rent with extra 10% as a late fee. I asked the manager to wave the late fee as it's the first time and I came as soon as I read the email but she said I'm sorry I can't wave it. I know every office has the ability to wave the late fee at least if it's the first time but she refused. It was not a good action from her as a customer service representative and I'm sure she can wave the late fee. The customer service should be more flexible specially with the Committed people.

great central location close to shopping and grocery. Easy move in. very professional and friendly staff. Quiet apartment community. pet friendly.

It was pretty quiet when I first moved in. We have had a lot of chaos move in over here. Going to the pool this summer has been scarce because several who drink and cause issues tend to be there. Office and maintenance are friendly.

I've been here three years and have no complaints. It's quiet! Offices team is very helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond to work orders.

It's hot out be a great time to enjoy the pool if we had one...we add 2 new super buildings what I got was low water pressure and kids running thou the lot at all hours and missing packages from front door. Rent went up but quality n amenities went down.

No communication when it comes to the gym. The passcode that I have to use no longer works somehow and sometimes the gym door is opened and random people are in there. I don’t know what’s going on at this point.

I love it. Great & helpful staff & being close to everything is a plus. I feel safe at night walking my dog to use the bathroom. Peaceful neighbors no complaints

Pricing is too high for ran down apartments. Keep raising the prices but apartments out of date and things barely work in them. Charge you to take your own trash out and can barely even take it out its always piled all the way out to the parking lot

Apartment it's very nice layout, community it's so clean and neat well maintained, neughbor seem nice welcoming, and staffing they are always there to help with anything, this is a great experience I am having so far.

If you like a monthly 3 day 10am until Airbnb party take over, complete with live DJ and concert then this is the place for you. The office is closed Saturday and Sunday, so there's nothing that residents can do about the noise. For the first 3 years at the residence I would say there were no issues. But after my cousin/roommate died unexpectedly in the apartment, things went south FAST. Not only was there a big mess with the renewal of the lease, doors locked, major damage from my cousin's husband, that no one would come and look at that I had to fix myself, my car was towed, and I was made to pay over $300, because my sticker was the wrong color. I had a sticker!!!! Zero notice given. I have brought these issues up many times, with zero response, help or solution. I've never been late with rent and am I respectable, quiet tenant, but these things have made my time living here miserable. I am not a place where I can move, otherwise I will. I previously recommended Ashley Grove (the Grove) to many people, now I warn them.

So far so good we have a couple household issues that need fixing but it's the home I needed and now have been trying to grind to keep it up cause its hard out here but the stores being close makes it so convenient

Overall, my experience has been excellent. The manager has been helpful to answer any questions and she is always so kind. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors are nice.

Service of Excellence, responsible, friendly, cordial staff. They are attentive, explain and help residents. Gym areas and court and game area always available to everyone. Pool open every day.

I like staying here because I mind my business. The communication could be better when it comes to issues or information we need to know in advance. I can tell the communication is getting better.

The complex is nice and quiet. The staff is nice and professional. The amenities at the complex are a plus. The location is great. The price

I love the balcony, decorating it is fun. I like the 3 bedroom apartment layout, it is convenient and stylish. The noise level is fairly quiet but can get a bit loud on summer holidays. The staff is friendly and experienced. The upgrades are a big improvement with the repaving and marking the parking lot. Plenty of parking for residents and now visitors have closer and more parking spaces.

It's OK, close to work. I lived in the 1 bedrooms first for several years then moved to the 3 bedroom ground floor which was probably a mistake we have been flooded 7 or 8 xs...Mr. Joe has handled the mess every time and exceeds expections.

I love my unit and community. As with anything there is always room for improvement, however, my experience has been a good one. It has been a while since I have had to do apartment living, so I am giving myself some time to adjust. Coming home to this community makes me smile and I just found the basketball court. Can't wait for the pool to open.

It is very comfortable, spacious, I love it !!!has good lighting and distribution, the kitchen is quite spacious and practical. the neighbors are nice and there is good space for my dogs...

They're doing a lot to remodel the complex and it is a process. It looks nice and the new speed bumps are good. The only thing I wish they had, was something for the children, like a small playground.

I really enjoy living at the Grove! Staff is super friendly, and I have no problems from neighbors. I do wish the trash system was understood better by everyone because it has the tendency to pile up. Location is my favorite part! Super convenient, safe, and affordable!

This is the worst apartment we have lived in. The “renovated” apartment we moved into had Multiple areas of chipped paint, the dishwasher does not work, All of the kitchen appliances seem to be 10 years old, and there were roaches and carpet bugs even though the carpet was brand new. We even found roaches that had been painted over in the cabinets. There is only one maintenance guy, who does his best, but he could use help with all the units on the property. We are buying a home next year to prevent being mislead into a situation like this again. Please save your money and look elsewhere.

This is my second time to live at Ashley Grove Apartments. The apartments are older, so there are some things that need to be updated or repaired, however the monthly lease was reasonable, and it was nothing I couldn't work with. The staff is very responsive to calls for maintenance, day or night and you can even report a need for maintenance on line. My apartment was clean when I moved in, with new carpet and new kitchen cabinets. The pool has always been clean and well maintained. The laundry room is conveniently located. Pets are allowed and there are supplies provided for cleanup and disposal. There is a large area centrally located for volley ball, soccer or other activities for families. There are children in the apartments, but frankly unless the weather is good or it's a weekend, you usually don't hear them. I haven't had any problems with being disturbed by noise. The apartments are convenient to shopping, restaurants and I-24. Easy access for quick trips for groceries or a night out. It's a been a pleasant place to live.

These apartments are a waste of money and absolutely disgusting!!, I would never recommend not even a homeless person living here they don't fix nothing everything is falling apart mold they say they'll fix it and never do pool is disgusting!! People here are rude and just flat out awful! Kids are disruptive parents don't watch there kids at all! Other ppls trash end up everywhere them you get fines for it. The water is absolutely ridiculous we pay 70 almost every month knowing we don't use that much they're just trying get more money
