Property Ratings at Ashley Oaks Apartments
There has been no landscaping done in over a month. Its July now and the pool is still swamp green. There are cars sometimes double parked for days at a time. There is a car parked right at the entrance that is riddled with bullets holes. Many of the residents are disrespectful and will wake you up with loud music at 6 or 7 am on the weekends. The breezeways haven't been cleaned in at least a year. The simple work orders we have put in were never complete and they lied to us about completing them. Residents will be grilling on their balconies and on the grass behind some of the buildings. My apartment wasn't turned well before my move in, there is red glitter all in the carpet in one of the rooms. Trash isn't getting picked up, especially inside the buildings. The company clearly doesn't care about any of this, as they have not communicated at all that they are working on these things. Embarrassing

We're happy to report that we are awaiting our final inspection date to open our pool and will communicate this with everyone as soon we confirm with the city. Fortunately, we have addressed our quiet hours, patio/balcony rules, and breezeway reminders with residents already via email memo. Additionally, after a small miscommunication, our landscapers are back working to beautify Ashley Oaks once again. Our team has also begun the removal of standing vehicles, easing the parking situation for everyone. just moved in Dec. 9th and already things are going terrible. I have had a maintenance request in since the day after i moved in because every door knob in my apart is loose or has fallen off and nothing has been done to fix it. Also I was given a 450$ discount for my Jan rent but paperwork was changed and was told to pay over 200$ more. All paperwork I have adds up to one price but "revised" paperwork states otherwise so now possibly have to go to court and in turn break lease. This does not apply to everyone in office just one office worker whom i will not name until my case is solved then i will update name.

Very charming community; we toured days ago, helping my daughter look for an apartment of her own. Jackie was very informative and detailed about the amenities and the process of filling out the application.....
Staff are completely incompetent and negligent in every way. This community has been through at least 4 property managers in the five months I’ve been living there. If that doesn’t tell you something I don’t know what else to say. Completely inconsistent ways of doing business from one manager to the next. Amy was the last glimmer of hope this community had, the new management is absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t recommend anyone lease with this community. There is no sense of accountability or urgency when it comes to addressing resident concerns. That seems to be the culture of living well homes as an entity. Stay away.
maggie & saira did a amazing job making sure our apartment was ready and making me feel comfortable moving to this apartment complex. it’s a amazing area very close to my favorite restaurants and the gym i like to go to as well as close to the highway making it easy to get to work. i love the complex the people and staff are extremely friendly and the landscape is amazing i recommend ashley oaks to anyone looking for a apartment you will not be disappointed!
We have been living at Ashley oaks apartments now for over five years and we’ve never had any sort of problem, everything is always kept clean and the neighbors are nice and friendly . We love the pool and gym area, The property is located in the perfect spot it’s super close to everything ! We absolutely love the property manager she’s always been very sweet and helpful, just all-around a good person To have working there!
I highly recommend Ashley Oaks! I was able to setup a short term lease with no hassles or price hikes. Heather and Maggie were the best and made the entire process so easy! Also it is located close to plenty of shops and restaurants on Wendover Ave.

Don't often write reviews, but I wanted to recommend Ashley Oaks. Heather, the manager, has always been helpful, kind and cool. Maintenance do not take long for work orders. If the work order will require more time, they will let you know. We live at Ashley Oaks for 5years. The only reason we moved is because my husband has to go do his graduate school out of state. We would have stay till we buy our own house. The new company has done a good job with new amenities and new renovated interiors. The price is affordable for the location.

I would not move here. There has been a surge of violence and break-ins into cars and robberies. Staff is very very lazy, it takes weeks for them to do a job
