Between the a/c that they didn't fix for over a month, freezer that took more than three months to fix, and having my wife's car towed at 5am because the decal fell off the rearview mirror, it's hard to believe these people care about their residents in the least. Cannot recommend less. Was also sent a floorplan for a unit with a loft but the lease they had me sign was for a unit that did not have a loft. Unfortunately didn't find out until move-in. Be wary of these people.

Staff is so amazing, every time I need help with something it get completed. I would highly recommend living here. They also just got all new maintenance staff and they are very nice and knowledgeable. love it here

I moved in a couple of months ago and I know I made a horrible choice. I will give them credit for having a huge living spaces. That is true but it is not worth what you pay. I have a bug( water bugs, wood roaches, and spiders. Among other things I have yet to identify.) issue which still has not been resolved but they want there rent on time. When I moved in the apartment was not even take care of properly. Parking does not make any sense. I was with a friend apartment hunting last week and told her do not move to my apartment complex. However all the other apartment complex I visited did not have all these rules for parking. It just makes no sense. The gate is always broken so there is no security for the people that live here. Also people who used to live her still have the gate code so it doesn't matter. Anyone can just drive in. It really is not the impression I got when I first visited the apartment. I wish I could move but I cannot. I am stuck in a lease for year. My advice read all the reviews. that is something I did not do and I paying for it right now.

Our gates serve the purpose of controlling access into our community but we cannot promise security as the gates are not monitored by a security officer. At times, our gates need repair due to damage or technical issues; this is a top priority for us and repairs are typically made within 1 week. We strive on being proactive as a management company but it seems we may have missed the mark. One of the worst apartment experiences ever. We put in maintenance work-orders and they never get done. You have to hound the front office if there's anything that needs to be fixed in your apartment. Visitor's parking is extremely limited. It's a gated community, but I've had friends that have been towed for $200 for not parking in a visitor's spot despite there being zero availability. Management is rude and unprofessional; they didn't even offer an apology for their absurd parking policy and have no plans to fix it. I guess if visitors parking is all filled up, your only other option is to park a mile down the road at the local Target. Lots of mold and cockroaches. Cannot WAIT until this lease is up so I can get out!!!!

Big apartments, high ceilings, large windows, ceramic tile, laundry room, washer and dryer, spacious covered porch, picnic & grilling areas throughout the beautiful landscaped green spaces. The things my family like most are, the indoor basketball court, the pool, the hot tum, the sauna and the weight room. The office staff is especially helpful with anything that you need and the maintenance team is there right when you need them!! I love Ashley Park Apartments!!

The apartments may be big but a death trap waiting to happen.. The Windows can't open, and there will be mold in all you closets.The management will tell you to wipe it down with Clorox and put in a dehumidifier, but it grows back, even on the windows. Management is horrible and she will only be nasty to you, including the assistant manager. They will appear nice, but they are vipers. Be warned.
my apartment has changed ownership over the last 12 and a half years I have lived here.it is still ok but is not the same as when me and my roommate moved into the place which was brand new unit when we moved here in april of 2003.we have 4 attached garages and 1 detached garage as well as 3 storage units.it is close to restaurants and movie theatres as well as close to shopping and to a country club with a golf course.it has great walking trails and good roads to get to town as well as away from it too.maintenance is ok and the management is average.it has a pool,tennis court,billards table,basketball court,exercise equipment and a movie theatre.
The apartment that is close to everything such as, restaurants, stores, and other necessities, is the Ashley where I live. Excellent maintenance and friendly courteous staff make this the perfect place to live. Very affordable with pool and amenities walkable from my apartment, which I love.
Apartment is in a great location, and staff is very nice. Parking in the community is a bit of a challenge.
I have been living at this complex for the past few years. Have really enjoyed my time here, the unit, amenities and location are all fantastic. Staff has been helpful in resolving most all of our issues. The amount of space we have is tough to beat as far as any other raleigh apartments that I have seen. Would definitely recommend to any one looking to move to the Raleigh-Durham area!
