Foundation is cracking, structural problems with apartments since they were built in the 1970’s. Dated appliances and cabinets. The rental manager is horrible. Glad I left.

The property is not bad, with that said it could also use some past due renovations as the carpet; appliances; and feel is very early 2000s; you can find a more up to date modern places elsewhere around the same price or less. A plus is the lakes, and parking is good. They will also raise your rent after the first year. Also they have ONE trash compactor near the office so you have to put it in your car or carry it if your unit is far. Also the amount of speedbumps is ridiculous. And before you move in check the apartment carefully these are old so its a lot of permanent damage they WILL try and charge for, good luck.

First and foremost my apartment was infested with insects. The worst was bees/wasps that kept entering through the fireplace. I told the property management multiple times and all they did was give me some wasp spray and say “they couldn’t see any hive”. Also these beetles were all over the place. Secondly, the walls are in terrible condition and the carpet was horrific when I moved in. My family and I actually improved the carpet after I moved in. Just don’t live here.

Terrible communication and such a headache when it came time for me to move in they overturned the decision. Also, no one followed up with a reasonable explanation i was given 2 different answers. The apartment is about outdated as well the previous renter was right about it being 1980’s appliances

This complex is nice and has the potential to be more with additional care from property management team. Things are properly maintained, maintenance do not care and you would like with the bill of property they would care a lot more. Hate to say this but someone with a bit more care of property and tenets living here needs to be in charge. Seems doing just enough is not enough at all.

We can not wait to move. Our vintage 1986 dishwasher hasn’t worked properly in over 4 yrs. The 1987 stove, needs replacement. Carpet 6+ yrs. 3 load bearing walls are cracking inside. Management called out of state contractor, to replace the stairs and landing (no name on truck). They replaced the cosmetic stuff, now there are 4-5 studs protruding from the interior wall and the cracked load bearing walls in every corner are concerning, plus paint peeling. Huge foundation crack on ground floor. Be advised of $200 add ons above monthly rent. Bulk water and cable. Bulk means more for less anywhere except Ashley Park. Every renewal, we’ve asked for a dishwasher/stove, they will upgrade when we move. If not for COVID, we would have been long gone. The place has become unsafe at night, loud neighbors, (gunshots/fireworks??)regularly. Dumpster by office breaks down religiously, and you tote your garbage to the office, walking or in your car. Management is lacking, they say one thing and do not follow thru. (Or deny saying…whatever they promised) The complex doesn’t have breed restrictions, which I’m all for. What is concerning is the number of residents that have large “aggressive” type dogs; they let them run without a leash. And the parents that let small children walk these dogs without an adult present.

Ashley Park is a very nice and clean complex. When it comes to the rent it can be a little over priced, mostly because it doesn't include any utilities. Overall I would recommend it to people.

Nice relaxing community with 3 ponds that are stocked with fish for some great fishing. Great place if you have a dog, no breed restrictions. Great maintenance staff.

I moved in April 29th this place is so nice quite an when something go wrong they fix it right away. The office ladies are so sweet an help you through your process of getting an apartment!! We have a wonderful pool, tennis court lakes an if you have animals it's plenty of room to walk them!!! You want regret moving here!!!!:):):):)

I have been living here for seven years. The rent is reasonable and the office staff is fantastic. The maintainence staff is always available. The crime rate is extremely low. The neighborhood is well mixed and very quiet. I would recommend it to anyone.

I have lived in Ashley Park for about a year now and it has been great! It is a nice and quiet area. I have only had one problem with my neighbors feeding stray cats, but other than that I have no complaints. They keep the grounds decent, they are fast with fixing maintenance issues, and the staff in the office are friendly. The only reason why I am moving is because of my job relocation. I am actually considering to deal with the commute and moving to a bigger size apartment in the same complex.
