Love it here always!! Couldn’t be a better community and great neighbors as well. The place is always clean and quiet at night time which is highly appreciated.

I’ve been living at Ashmore Bridge for two months now, and I really like it! The apartment is spacious, though the kitchen is quite small—I wish they had bigger ones in the same model. The staff is super nice and friendly, especially Codi. Great place overall!

Good and quick response have nice gatherings when celebrating the holidays also good neighbors and parking nice pool and gym room and close to the stores and restaurants

It is the best place I have lived in SC. I feel super safe here with my children. Thank you Ashmore Bridge Estates Apartment Homes for giving us the opportunity to be part of this community that is quiet and safe for me and my family.

Very “homey” community, very quiet, other residents I have encountered are very friendly and will speak and/or wave as I drive by. I love the space in the 2 story condo very roomy and comfortable. No issues this far! I look forward to the years to call Ashmore Bridge home!

Can't compliment the office staff and maintenance dept more for their concerns to the residents and their needs. Absolutely a great place to live and would recommend to anyone looking for "a home".

I love the community, amenities and everything about this it. We’ve been here about a month now and can’t be happier. If you are looking for a quiet and safe community, this is the place you need.

It is quite neighborhood but the prices for the apartments are kinda high. Everything is near that you need. Things in the apartments could be updated.

Love the peace and tranquility I get when I’m home at Ashmore Bridge Estates. Met another resident recently who lives there and she feels like myself. Wonderfully happy

Move in process with the office was great! Only issue is the kitchen needs more cabinets. The neighborhood is quiet. I had a few maintenance needs and they called within 24 hours for fixes.

Such a great place to live, especially if you have animals. A very dog friendly place for sure! So many amenities and they’re always maintained well, as well as the apartments.

The staff in the office is still amazing, not so much on the maintenance part but it is what it is!! We have been here for a while and it’s very peaceful. Only thing that’s wrong with this place is the other people living here are nasty when it comes to trash

Staff here is awesome I’ve loved living here I hate to go if the pricing was right I would of stayed very safe and nice complex also fixed everything in a timely matter

I like living in the complex. It has some very nice things. The only thing I don't like is the attention from the administration. There are people who respond in a very rude manner. And it is impossible to speak to the administrator.

They were very sweet very professional when we came in to fill out the application and look at the apartments our townhomes they helped us with everything and gave us all the information that we needed.

This community has been amazing. The office has been very prompt in responding to issue and maintenance request are done fast! This place has felt like home from the beginning.

Very helpful and personable staff. They have patience and understand this is a home...not just a business. I love living at Ashmore Bridge Estates!

My children and I love our new home. It is a very quiet and cozy place I really enjoy being in my home sweet home. It's been more than three years since I felt the tranquility and peace that I have here.

Ashmore Bridge Estate is one of the best places to live in Mauldin SC is clean and quite the management ladies is top tier very informative and overall great customer service

So far everything has been amazing. The office admin keep me updated with all the processes that took place and keep me in informed at all time for moving to be smooth.

It has been an overall smooth transition from home to Ashmore. I don’t have many complaints on a day to day basis. There were a few kinks I wasn’t a fan of, with them switching deposit alternative companies, I was unable to move in with my pets initially. It was a bit of a bummer but all in all, it hasn’t been a bad experience. The front office staff are helpful and responsive, Maintenance is amazing and timely, and the property is clean and quiet. To which I’m very impressed with considering we are off a busy road. Very satisfied with the overall transition and have been telling friends and family to start looking here if they are looking to move to the Greenville area!

The price per month is a bit high, however the attention to customer needs and how quickly they respond to maintenence request, is above par!

At first it felt great to have more of a “homey” feel coming from an apartment to a townhome but quickly we started to feel disappointed. With numerous issues that go unresolved with maintenance, to hearing your neighbor’s every move, and also to limited parking. If we wanted to have a small little gathering at home there are only 2 extra available spots for guests to park. I feel as if we deal with too many negative factors for what we pay for in rent and also brings me to another issue we have here.. When renewing your lease you are offered a discounted price for rent if you renew within a set date and we did that every time we renewed our lease but yet we were charged more. Something like that doesn’t really encourage someone to want to stay here along all other issues.

Lately our experience has been better and the maintenance team comes quicker and very efficient. Our rent is still very affordable. We have been here going in 5 years!!

I enjoyed my leasing experience. The front office team was helpful and worked with me to find the right property for me. I am hoping for a pleasant resident experience.

The most Friendly and helpful staff ever!! They always greet you by your name and always puts a smile on my face!! Always fast on called for any problem! The maintenance people and hard working for each residents.

Living out is very quiet. Place? To live. No one bothers you my home business. Sometimes sometimes you get a lot of trash and trash contact. Just call up to the office and let Tim know when they'll get someone out. But when you have an issue with anything, they try their best to come right away to get fixed. The maintenance workers are very nice. They do what they can for you. Jewish is very nice to try to help getting done him in Maria Courtney and Lucy and the manager. Whenever I call up there to make sure things are done properly. So what should I get them a 5 star? Very sweet. I will recommend someone else someone to come here to stay.

I love the neighborhood! Great area to raise kids. It’s very pet friendly. Parking spots right in front of door. Friendly neighbors. Near grocery stores to shop. Good places to eat near by.

I enjoy the atmosphere, the community and the floor plans at Ashmore Bridge Homes in Mauldin. I have lived here since 2015 and the prices are completely reasonable compared to other places in the area. The maintenance team is awesome and very knowledgeable and attentive. Thank you for having a great community.

I like the quiet area that I am located in and I often see deer in the woods behind our building. The maintenance team is quick to resolve issues and the people in the office are friendly. I can't seem to find my lease agreement on the website, but I have emailed the office and hope to hear back soon. Overall I am happy with my experience.

Love it! There is always a good communication with the office! The pool is awesome, clean and peaceful. I love to go to the gym because it has everything you need for your exercise routine!

So far so good! The apartment is so nice and spacious the animals absolutely love it. The neighbors are really friendly too, loved being able to strike up a conversation and get to know them!

No problem nice homes and a safe environment. Lived here for 13 yrs. Keep up the landscaping,is on fixing anything that goes wrong. It's a pleasure to feel safe

It’s a quiet neighborhood to live in and clean. The only issue I have is with my neighbor and their dog. You have some that don’t respect your area of your apartment with dog poop but no one bothers you.

Been here for a few years now. This place needs a lot of upgrades. The staff has always been nice except one incident we had where the maintenance lady was kinda rude.

Love Ashmore Bridge. Every time I pull into the complex and drive down to my apartment it feels like I'm coming "home". The Staff can't be any nicer and their availability and response time can't be any better. The Maintenance Staff is the best they've had since I've been here - going on 4 years. When you need repairs made they actually know what they're doing and the work is done quickly and with perfection. I recommend Ashmore Bridge to anyone looking for a rental "home".
