Property Ratings at Ashton Chase
I’m not usually one to write reviews but I wish I would have seen this one before moving from out of state. Lived here for 2 years and it was a terrible experience. Forced us to sign a lease before ever seeing our unit. Damage, stains and paint splatter everywhere. Terrible appliances that were always broken. Dishwasher broken twice, had to replace the fridge, had to replace the washer and dryer. Bottom of the barrel appliances and always beaten up. Couldn’t get to our door without going through a cloud of pot smoke, watched someone get stabbed in a huge altercation in the parking lot, front office staff was shady and some even lived on property in the renovated apartments while the rest of the places were super dated. They jumped the rent $300 a month for a 2bed/2 bath when we renewed, trash everywhere on the ground, terrible dirty broken down playground. The best part was that we found out from the neighbors that the renters before us used one of the bedrooms for a marajuana grow room! It flooded and the repairs were terribly done. Please don’t rent here, especially if you have children.

As for the concerns about the rent increase, it is standard practice to adjust rental rates regularly based on market conditions and property improvements. Do yourself a favor stay clear of this complex you won’t be having a resort style anything. It’s a lie. It’s a hell living there. No balcony or terrace. No trash. Dog park pool Maintance to enjoying regularly if you need to Roomate pay a little more and go to someplace else

Not only was she patient and respectful of my panicked state, but she was caring, understanding and extremely helpful with the application process! It’s only been a short while, but from what I’ve seen (professionalism, from the top on down, a willingness to serve and overall excellence), I believe that between the Ashton Chase staff, friendly neighbors, her lovely apartment and the safe community, my mom will be okay...and that is priceless! Thank you all (especially Sarah) for being a blessing for our family!
We just got out of a lease there. We were sent an invoice for carpet and vinyl floor cleaning after we moved out. The apartment we had leased had not had the carpet or vinyl cleaned when we moved in, toilets were dirty and stained they were nasty we had to clean them. The vinyl floors had paint stains n them. We were only there 4 months and I know we left the apartment much cleaner than it was when we moved in. During this time of crisis that our Country and the World is going through at this time, it is Shameful to charge us for cleaning when it was cleaner than it was when we moved in. We made sure everything was clean. How unfair when we moved in it was very dirty and when we moved out we made sure it was clean but yet we get charged. Maybe they should pay us for the dirty apartment we had to clean before we moved in!!!!!
I had a wonderful stay in Ashton Chase. Coming from out of state, Emily went out of her way to make sure the process was as painless as possible. Any questions we had she was quickly available for us.
I was considering relocating to the Four Corners area. I visited Ashton Chase as well as other competing complexes .Emily was my on site agent. She was very thorough, intuitive, extremely pleasant and genuine!! That alone made me choose this property. I was confident that she would look out for me during the enrollment process and during my lease period.
I have lived at Ashton Chase for over three years and I absolutely love my apartment. I have a nice garden in a peaceful location on the first floor. The wood floors are easy to clean, I have a large walk in closet and I love my laundry room. My dog also enjoys the dog park. I have also worked here over five years and especially like our amazing maintenance staff. I enjoy doing resident activities as well.
I just moved into my apartment at Ashton Chase and I love it. The staff were so helpful and sweet. they did everything to accommodate my needs. I am excited for summertime to enjoy the cabana by the poolside.
Yes the apartments price is on the low end but going up as i see and herd from people, yes it does include water/sewer and trash, also the office staff and maintenance crew are very nice. Here are the issues, kids running around leaving garbage and destroying the trees also knocking on doors and running away at all hours of the day. Rude people parking in handicap spots with no handicap plates or tags. NOT many people picking up after there dogs even though there are plenty of dog cans around aka letting there dogs go in front of your windows and walking away. The biggest issue is with the pool, people take over the pool area on the weekends and have no regard for anyone else, also the fact that it's not a gated community have seen on many of occasions people that don't live there are using the pool and other amenities leaving the area with trash in there wake.
Ashton chase is very nice, comfortable, safe place to live..my kids are safe and enjoy the many amenities that ashton chase offers..
Living In Ashton Chase has been a challenge from having pest control having to come every month and loud neighbors that would fight through the night. This is a basic apartment it is very close to Disney and thats what brought me here in the first place. We were promised new carpet and updated appliances and that promise was not fulfilled. Although we have been here almost a year the bugs are getting worse and I can not wait to move out the management is lousy and even when you complain a hundred times they still dont do a thing although the rent is cheap so is the service. Our carpets were a mess when we moved in and we had to clean them ourselves. For a first apartment it was okay but I could not live here another year!
Ashton chase is a very nice place to live . The managers are great to work with and are very helpfull. We are so glad we found these apartments. Great location to grocery stores , shopping and dining just minutes away. Great area for schools. Saw grass elementary. Nice pool area, golf courses only minutes away also. Overall a Great place to live.
If you are seeking out your first apartment community, Ashton Chase Apartment is a good place to start. The rent is on the low end for the area, and with a clubhouse, pool and exercise facility it is an excellent value. Water is also included in the monthly rent, so that helps in the overall value. The square footage of the apartments are a bit small, but for a beginning home, it's just right.
The Ashton Chase apartments are affordable and convenient to attractions in Orlando but out of all the tourist traffic. They are also pet friendly.
We have lived at Ashton chase for over two years. It's close to the main essentials and a very short drive to Walt Disney world which is one reason why this is a great place for wdw cast members! Also, there are lots of other cast members who live here ! We have occasion tenant parties ... Including pool parties !! It's located in a quiet area but not far from all the extras. Ashton chase have one two and three bedroom apartments , for single living or if you have roommate(s)... Cast member roommates that is !! ??
