He asked for clarification as needed while reviewing my work order to ensure that he addressed all of the necessary issue(s). Bobby provided efficient work & he was nice as well as professional. Craig assessed the concerns that I had regarding my HVAC; he was able to determine what the issue was & fixed it. I have lived here almost 5 years now, and I love it here. It's quiet, and the other people that live here seem to be very nice and friendly. I also want to say that if I have any concerns, I will call and tell the office manager, and she listens to me, and she will try and fix the situation. Ashton Creek is a place to live if you cannot afford better. The updated units are not bad but the apartments that are not updated are horrible. Maintenance is not horrible but it is bare minimum. They need to do better.

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Things are always breaking down and maintenance takes FOREVER to come fix it. Our AC unit has broken twice, once in the summer and again in the winter. They gave us a day when they would come and fix it and never did. Over the summer, we went a month without AC. We couldn’t even stay in the apartment and we still had to pay full price rent for the inconvenience.

This is a very quiet community which I love however, the complex will nickel and dime you over everything. Landscaping focuses on the main lawn pieces and not the greenery growing between the units. The Complex is tucked out of the way but still close to a lot of things (I-95, restaurants, shopping, I-295, etc)

The aesthetics at Ashton Creek have improved tremendously over previous owners/caretakers. Staff being in office was a problem before. It seemed like nobody was not in much during normal business hours. Any problems I've encountered having been addressed promptly. The staff very nice and helpful. Never do I feel like I'm bothering them.

My husband and I are in the process of moving into an Ashton Creek apartment and did our move-in inspection. The apartment is in fair condition and it looks nothing like the model in terms of quality. My first impression is PRG Real Estate Management does not invest their earnings to improve living standards/conditions. It’s 2021 and the washer/dryer appears to be from the 70s/80s. The model washer/dryer wasn’t old which in my opinion is misleading. We are ok with the white kitchen appliances but making the change to stainless steel should be a priority. The refrigerator could be bigger and the stove upgraded to flat top. The sink is not two sided which I knew about when leasing but it’s like, why? The closets haven’t been updated with the new standard white wire shelving. There’s trash on the floor in the master bedroom. The patio is filthy with rotted railings. The front door apt number has rusted nails sticking out. Multiple cracks in the popcorn ceiling. It’s disappointing and I’m glad we’re only leasing here until our new home is built. Already counting down the days. Please invest in making this a better place for future tenants. The return on that investment will be huge.

My husband and I have been here for going on 2 years and it's very nice and quiet place to live. Everyone in the office is always so nice and friendly. The maintence guys are awesome. So I would tell my friends to live here.

For the rent, location, pool and excellent management staff...Ashton Creek is a good choice! Not many issues. Most neighbors keep to themselves, if not friendly. Never any security issues. Most always feel safe for most part.
