Will listen to what is needed and set up for maintenance to assist what is happening in your apartment. So far lived here for a year, definitely recommended anyone to live in Ashton Pines experience.

Moved here in March 2023. Leaks not dealt with for days and multiple complaints, huge gap in door, mosquitoes, amenities doesn't exist... pool not open, gates not shut, ain't ever seen pest control, weeks to fix issues, cocky staff... they ain't better priced than other places so don't do it.. kids can't Even use chalk. They have an excuse to enter every other week... I feel like I live in a state funded half way house.or work release program.. Can't wait to leave. Wish I could post pic of the mold...

More roaches lived there than residents. When I told the about them, pest control came and the product he used.. the roaches ran right past it. Ended up using my own which started killing them but the apt was so overrun, I could still see a handful running around while sitting on my couch during various times of the day. The gate was always broken so no point of calling it a gated community. The fridge, dishwasher, stove, & microwave were new which was nice. But the old, stained cabinets were just painted over and caked in paint. The countertops were terribly old and abused. The floors were peel n stick floors. Neighbors would smoke weed and you could smell it for hours in your apt. The point is, there are better options especially for the price. The rent went up and the problems did also. There’s better options I promise.

I haven't had a problem since I've been living here! I've been here going on 2years now and I'm not going anywhere!! I just ? everything about living hear! I have some Wonderful neighbors! We're just one big happy family over here!! I would definitely recommend you living here!!
When I moved to the area, I had to find an apartment fast. I looked at A LOT of apartments, when I first came to look at the place, Heather was great. She was friendly and answered all of my questions. I picked this place because everyone I encountered was friendly. Even the residents were nice. There are plenty of amenities included with living here.
Staff is really friendly and goes out of their way to try and help you. My deposit was only $100!! It really helped me, because moving is expensive. Apartments are SO CLEAN when you move in... I didn't have to reclean myself, like I have had to in other places. They get to their maintenance calls within a day... And we get 2 parking spots per person, so I don't know why people are complaining here. It's a great place to live and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new home.
Limited parking !! so inconvenient . The property manager stays on property and she had a sign put up that says authorized personnel only . She shouldn’t do that and it is against the rules because once she clock out of work she is a TENANT just like the rest of us. Its not FAIR & something needs to be done about it.
I cant wait to move I will never recommend anyone here again . Been stay here for awhile and my time here has come to an end. The place is getting worse. First off the rent goes up every year . They do not do the thingd that they promised alwayd trying to come up with excuses to avoid doing what they promised you to do . They move in young people who disturb the rest of the units . About 6 months ago a young couple stayed close to me who selled drugs and smoked marijuana and you smelled it through the vents the security officer came to my door I directed them to the correct apartment and nothing was done . Then after that the couple had a dispute the window was busted out and now another young couple moved in and causing the same issue and now their window has been busted out and there are always water issues where the water does work sometimes. The walls are so thin you can hear everything like the loud music the neighbors play and the knife holes left in one of my neighbors door . Im currently searching for another home so ready to vacant the premises here.

There is no where in Shreveport where you will be able to find this size apartment for this price. I am currently living in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment at a great price. When you have a great price you do have to put up with a few more things. The only thing I did not like about these apartments is the sewage smell that is frequently around. Outside there is a water plant and it always smells like sewage water. Maintenance always comes the same day or the next day you call. Unfortunately, I've had to call them about plumbing issues more than 4 times.. This place seriously has water issues because the water is always off.. And on top of that, I'm paying for a second bathroom that I can't even take a shower in because the water pressure 'can't be fixed'. I almost forgot about all the ppl that hang around on the steps.. That gets old real fast.. I cannot wait to move..
