They will rip you off when you move out. The leasing office is rude. Things are out of date. I moved in with things being broken and they charged me for it when I left. They are liars

I love a lot of things about this place, but it is definitely not smoke free. My neighbors smoke, it floods my apartment, and a management won’t do anything about it. They won’t even return my calls.

Our complex is a very well complex. Our office staff is on top of things and we can talk to them about any issues we may have and are very tentative to us and our needs. Our neighbors are all very nice and kind.
This complex is a great place to live. Very clean, and beautiful landscaping. If anything breaks the office quickly handles the issue and fixes it. Ashton Pines has a great pool area that is clean. They also have a club house that you can rent for parties and the staff is considerate.
I'm well aware of the quality of apartments. They are section 8 and will adjust rent rates contingent on your income etc. This is one of the few properties I've experienced that have retained its quality however. Trash is picked up every morning and maintenance work orders are completed in 24 HRS unless there is the rare occasion that the office gets swamped. Outdoor pool is clean and well monitored. Garages and car ports for rent. Lawn/exterior well taken care of. But there are a couple minor negatives. The market rent rate (no discount/section 8) is a little bit higher due to the quality of apartments. The water here is very hard with lime which can be a problem with water pressure in apartment. Not every apartment is like this and it is being worked on. Personal quarrels between residents/evictions tend to not be dealt with by the office very quickly. Management however is hospitable and the maintenance guys work very hard and are friendly. The office as a whole is very professional. I don't know what else to say. I honestly thought there would be more negatives lol but this is a great complex for just about anybody and it's a good location with plenty of shopping centers in walking distance.
Ashton Pines is a great place to live! Whatever your interest in size, they are all very well maintained, and come with great amenities and atmosphere. Easily one of the best features, the complex itself is beautiful. Ashton Pines features multiple parks, a pool, as well as two ponds with fountains. There is even security, not because of danger, just to ensure our community is safe. Overall Ashton Pines is a great place to live, wether you are a kid in college or a family looking to settle down. It is a safe community with a great atmosphere and great location.
