Additionally, please note that while we make every effort to accommodate package deliveries, there may be instances where packages arrive close to closing time. As a courtesy, we hold packages for residents; however, if you prefer alternative arrangements for your deliveries, please feel free to inform the sender of your preferred delivery location. We understand the importance of timely deliveries and are here to assist you in any way we can. We also want to mention that for security reasons, we have to lock our office while on tour and there is one person working; therefore, that is why your package could not be delivered. You could always let the place you order from know to try delivering to my home first. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to serving you better in the future!
The condition of the buildings can best be described as disrepair. The wood is rotting, I've had no less than two squirrels living in my roof, and maintenance won't repair anything more expensive than a lightbulb. My appliances have never worked properly in the 4 years that I have lived here. My windows don't seal so my heating/cooling bills are always high and my apartment is always full of dust and bugs. They have also stopped cleaning apartments before leasing them to new tenets. To put it charitably, management is completely incompetent. Once you sign a lease and put your deposit down, they cease all communication with you. It took me almost a month of constant phone calls to get an apartment number and move in date. They lose my proof of insurance every year and charge me extra on rent even though I provide it to them in person. The pools and gym are almost never open, but they will charge you the $15 fee regardless. They increase my rent every year to the point that I am paying $150 more per month than any of my neighbors for the exact same unit. Also, if their responses to negative reviews are to be believed, Management has no clue who lives in this complex. If you're looking for a place to live for a year or less, you will get your moneys worth. If you are looking for a home, I would recommend looking somewhere else.

They are charging far more than these apartments are worth. The units themselves are laid out poorly and maintenance does nothing to make repairs. There are so many units close together that you are always hearing at least one of your neighbors no matter what time of day it is.

I love my apartment but the maintenance is awful here! The AC and dish washer doesn’t work properly! Plus the broken balcony door, a broken lamp in my living room and plenty of ants in my bathroom when l moved in!!!

Nothing but issues with this apartment. First, my ac was screwed up and I was paying anywhere from 180-190 for power. I contacted the office 3-4 times about the issue. They came out and said nothing is wrong. Until they finally saw that a relay switch was burned. They did not offer a discount on my rent or take responsibility. They also spray painted all the fences around the apartment and now cars have spray paint on them. They told me they were not responsible and told me to contact the painting company. The painting company is not answering and my car paint is screwed up. The lady I spoke to over the phone was very rude. “As I told you before” “ we are not reliable”. My car was on your property. You hired the people that spray paint. You did not send us an email or contact us about the issue. I am beyond frustrated with this apartment.

Don’t waste your time. They do not following up like they say they will. They keep your leasing application fee and give your apartment away. Save the 100.00 and go somewhere else.
I moved into this apartment complex in August of 2018. Unbelievably poor customer service specifically in regard to maintenance. I went without air conditioning for the first month. I made multiple calls and was told a variety of untruths. Ultimately it was discovered that the duct from air handeling unit was closed. That’s all it was ( from the air handeling unit). Next came 4 months of cable issues. After having Suddenlink out four times, it was determined that the issue was with the internal wiring which was the complex’s responsibility. It took 2 more months and numerous calls to get this issue resolved. Then there was the dishwasher. At least three months of calls before repair was made. It turned out they had to replace dishwasher as it was not functional. Then came a foundation leak which resulted in a ton of lost water and tripled my bill. Had to make multiple calls over this. Now a clogged toilet. It has been 8 days with no repair. Multiple service requests and calls have been made. I was told they had allot of maintenance requests in the complex. Nothing else. Whatever you do, stay away from this place. It’s a nightmare. Several other current residents have told me the same thing. Don’t do it!
I’ve lived here for almost a year and I would recommend it to anybody! The apartment is nice, the property is well kept, and maintenance is super fast when i call. It has been a great experience!
I have loved everything about living here for the past year and a half! The office staff is incredibly friendly and helpful with everything we need. We feel safe walking around the complex at night, either with our baby or when she's asleep for the night. The rooms are comfortably sized, and maintenance is always on-point. They leave notices so you're well aware that something has been done. The office is GREAT with making sure you know what you need to know; from packages delivered to warnings from the on-site courtesy officer. I hope my next apartment is at least half as friendly, welcoming, and well-kept as Ashton Pointe.
Roomy, reasonably priced, the amenities are so convenient and always available, covered parking is always a plus, never a problem with neighbors, staff and maintenance are always friendly and helpful, pet friendly and conveniently located near our favorite spots!
