Horrible service, bad electricity that randomly goes out, varied water pressure(my shower won't turn fully on). And a generally bad experience. Do not recommend at all.

There is never anyone on the property to help with maintenance issues. The maintenance man lives here but can't be bothered to come do anything. Pest control hasn't been here but once in the 2 years I have lived here. We keep having issues and no one does anything about it. We have asked for the maintenance man to please check our problem and he complains. The last 3 months have been horrible! I don't recommend anyone to apply here unless you are absolutely desperate for a place to live. When we moved in we were promised and told all kinds of things and nothing has been what they said.

The company and manager are very misleading. They claimed to have an apartment available for me but after I signed, filled out the paperwork, and payed the $150 application fee, they said they no longer had an apartment for me. After a month of calling I was finally refunded $100 but they kept the extra $50. If this is how they treat their potential renters, I can't imagine how they treat their actual renters. I would avoid this place, it's not worth sacrificing your mental health to try and save a few dollars. There is a reason this place is always under new management.

I been living at Ashton Ridge for 2 years. Very happy with the Maintance man. He does at great job. The neighbors are very nice and friendly . Every time I need something fix . I put in a service request and they come and fix the problem. Very good customer service.
A great place to live. The neighbors are very friendly and nice. I am here 2 years and l love that is is very close to the stores. I always tell people that I know they should get a apartment here.
I came to tour Ashton Ridge and instantly fell in love. The property manager, Cheryl, makes you feel so at home and is always willing to help. I loved the layout of the place and the green scenery. I would definitely recommend to friends and family looking for a new place to call home.

I’ve lived in this complex for over a year now & there has not been one time Ms. Sherry hasn’t took care of me! Not only is this complex in a great location, but it’s super quiet at night giving you a piece of mind while you’re asleep. I recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a great place to live!

I relocated from out of state, and since day 1, Ms. Sherry has always made me feel welcomed. She has always assisted me when I needed it. She goes above and beyond the call of duty with her customer service. I really appreciate the services that she provides. Maintenance is always available and they always 'get right on it' when services are needed. The whole team is awesome and i would recommend Ashton Ridge to any person who would love to live in a place with great customer service.
Alot of home for the price. From 1 to 3 bedrooms apts with open floor plans to for everyone. Filled with quality comfort you desire. Convenient to shopping and restaurants.
