We have been living at Ashton for over 1 1/2 years now. It’s safe, clean, and well maintained. Priscilla and Rick are both amazing and take very good care of residents, always checking in on us when we walk by the office and always taking care of any issues immediately. We got pregnant and had our first born while living at Ashton, and I felt very safe in this community while pregnant and later with a newborn. Priscilla and Rick are the backbones of this place, and we are lucky to have an amazing staff looking after everything.
Ashton has been a great place to live. Priscilla does an amazing job keeping the building running smoothly. I feel confident whenever I reach out to her about anything that she will take care of anything that comes up quickly. The maintenance staff also does an amazing job keeping the building clean and functioning. Whenever we had a maintenance request, it was handled fast and the work quality was excellent. We also enjoy our apartment’s large square footage, which we find is rare in SF. Additionally, we enjoy going on peaceful walks by the SF bay that make us feel like we are away from the hustle and bustle of the city, while also being close to major parts of SF. The surrounding neighborhood feels safe overall, minus some fears of car break ins when our guests park outside our building but that is an issue throughout SF unfortunately—I have seen some shattered windows in the guests parking areas. Overall, we are very happy with our residency at Ashton so far, and we have already recommended Ashton to friends!

Love the proximity to the major freeways, the City, and the SRA.
The property is well maintained, and residents are really thought of here. The amenities are perfect, there are food trucks that come every week that are apart of Spark Social, we are on the water with a beautiful view of the bay, 10 minutes from the Mission, and it is very peaceful and quiet while relaxing at home. There really isn't much else you could ask for, but the living spaces are also amazing. This is a one-of-a-kind property and we have loved living here for the last 2 years!

The apartment size is better then anything in San Francisco.. However the price is very high and dose not match the amenities offered. Parking is very expensive there is no pool and the gym is tiny.

Great City location for freeway access, public transportation links, and peacefulness.
Ashton is such an amazing place to live. Its extremely quiet and calm. Lots of space in the units and comes with everything you might need to relax and unwind after a long day at work.
The management and maintenance team at Ashton SF do a great job proving friendly courteous service and timely, efficient maintenance when requested.

Location is perfect. Best price for living in a Luxury apartment within City limits. It's conveniently right off the freeway exit/entrance. It's in the City, but nestled in a nice area that's abundant with trees and outdoorsy feel. Perfect for walking your dog. The community is very friendly. Everyone can feel welcomed; from single working professionals to young families, to retirees. Most importantly the onsite staff are Top Notch! They're a small staff but they get the job done. Anytime we've needed anything they've been more than accommodating. They're more like your neighbors rather than landlords. At least once a month Priscilla (property manager) organizes a community event in the community center for people to in the building to get together. It's always very fun and well put together.

A Luxury Apartment in an oasis. You will not find an apartment community in San Francisco that will offer such diverse large square footage floor plans, waterfront access, and decent rental rates. The build quality of this community is superb compared to others. The staff is hospitable and go above and beyond to ensure that residents are well taken care of. This is as good as it gets!

Other than the remote location and lack of a door person, the Ashton is a good community to live in.
I have conflicted views on writing this review because I am afraid others will find this sweet spot. The facility is an amazing oasis in the SF Bay Area in my view. The apartments actually have the space to live at a reasonable price (relative to the rest of SF). The staff has been amazingly helpful, and there is actually a feeling of community. Keep up the good work.
We have lived in SF at two similar apartment communities over the past 9 years. Ashton apt is extraordinary in that we are really a community where we get together with residents for cookouts, events and just hanging out in the recreation area for a warriors game! I credit Priscilla, the manager for this closeness of our community. She plans fun events, hangs out with residents and handles managerial/resident business in a professional manner. Ashton is a great place to live. Located in the updated and improved Bayview area, access to the freeway, stores and some restaurants are convenient. The place is always kept up thus is always clean and the Ashton team are all friendly people.
From the first day we moved in, we have been very happy here. Its been 5 months now.
A little over 1 month at Ashton and we are loving it! The sense of community is a welcomed change from that of the previous larger apartment community we lived previously. Management is professional and friendly, as well all staff. Luxury living in our beautiful new space!
