Property Ratings at X-AndMark Ashwood
Property is managed okay; units are not updated. People do not clean after themselves or their animals. The property is relatively quiet, but parking in the front is poor. Manager could do better with communication and responsiveness.
Horrible place. They were aware of the issue in my apartment after 1 year and mold everywhere they gave me a different unit. This unit had black mold as well. They only covered up the problem severely sick after 2 yrs I got out of there. I have numerous photos of the mold. Be warned two different buildings two different units and mold in both buildings they don't care to provide a healthy safe environment!!! File with attorney general for the state of Oklahoma and have proof of my claim!
We moved into Ashwood in November, 2017. To date, we have not experienced any delay in maintenance requests. We've submitted, I think, 4 minor work orders. Maintenance response was prompt, and the work was completed to our satisfaction. Management has also been very responsive and always friendly and accommodating. This property appears to have three demographics: Young professionals, empty nesters (also professionals), and corporate. So far, the residents we have interacted with have been friendly. Parking is ample and secure, the neighborhood is quiet and seemingly safe. If our house hunting doesn't go as planned (we've relocated from Houston), we will be more than happy to renew our lease at Ashwood. Cheers all.
Ashwood Apartments is an awesome place to live! It is well managed and maintained. My husband and I would recommend it to anyone! The manager went over and beyond my expectation in helping me find an apartment that was suitable for my needs and finances. We will be renewing for the third year. After much review of the apartment options in the East Tulsa Area, I concur this to be one of the best, if not THE best.

I live in Ashwood Apartments and they're some of if not the best apartments I've ever lived in. It's as quiet as a person hiding in a Michael Myers movie and that is extremely satisfying since I work overnight.
