Great Location! We toured many apartments in the Lone Tree area, and immediately zoned in on Aspect. The apartment choices are varied and the property is well maintained with indoor parking for everyone. The property managers were very thorough and friendly. The property is located close to everything but feels very private with great Mountain View!.

WARNING!!!!!!! Move to this apartment complex at your own risk!!!!! 3 weeks after moving in here, our brand new car was burglarized! Then just this Saturday morning at around 5:30am, a guy jumped from the apartment patio on the 4th floor to ours on the 3rd floor, and made off with a $4000 bike that we had stored on our patio. You are not safe in your home here. We are awaiting the police report so we can take legal action against the owners of the complex. This is purely insane! Nor you or your car is safe in the garage that you are charged monthly for. Cars are stolen and broken into nightly here. The leasing company could care less. You are renting at your own risk, is what we were told! The manager in the office is very RUDE and highly unprofessional! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!!!

The office staff are nice to you at the beginning of your lease however don't expect that to continue. Neighbors in the building have zero care about anyone else. Very thin walls and floors -- expect to hear everything and have your walls shake.

This place is over priced and not very nice for what you pay. They don’t accept caged animals of any kind which was very surprising even after we explained what type of species we have. The consultant helping us was very rude and unknowledgeable and did not want to even hear what we had to say. DO NOT live at this apartment complex unless you have no expectations.

Communication was an issue with the office personnel that costed me a lot of money while moving. I was also not communicated about the parking spot. I was told to have closet to your floor but that was not the case. When I first came to pick my keys, I was told to bring cashier check, no personal check or cash. There should have been clear communication on what to bring with you to get your keys.

If you are facing the mountains it is a great view. Pretty quiet minus the trash pickup mornings if you live near the back by the dumpster pickup area.

It is a very nice place and especially for the price. The amenities make it desirable and the office staff are all very kind and helpful. It seems to always be clean thus far and I have yet to have a bad experience with my application/leasing/move-in process. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking in this price range and area!

The maintenance staff here is top notch. My request was submitted the morning following a big snow storm. I was worried my request may take a few days, but maintenance had my request completed with in two hours of opening. I highly recommend the maintenance team here.

Left a message early in the day for a tour. Was called back shortly and was told to come on over. Greeted instantly by Colton. Very energetic and positive. He gave us a great tour and explained all options. Came back the next day and made a deposit on the apartment. Extremely satisfied. Loved the location and feel of the facility and would recommend it for sure.

With the new management. Its still to early to tell how things are going. Since the buyout we havent seen much change. Which is good and bad. Waiting to see if prices will go up, if new things will be added. They have a great positive attitude and seem very engaged and understand how us as residents feel and seem to working towards great outcomes.

I'd recommend living on the west side of the building but not the east side as the traffic noise is too noticeable for my preference.

Apartments are fantastic and you cannot beat the location. Would like to see the hallway carpets cleaned on a more frequent basis and the garages to be cleaned at least once a month. They are getting kind of dingy.

It's hard to say. I was a big fan of the former management team, and haven't received the same level of service that they provided by the new team, so I'm not sure how I feel about giving a recommendation to live at Aspect. It's not bad in any means, but the new management has a lot of work ahead of them.

We like the size of the 2 bedroom unit. Great pantry and appliances. The workout room is nice and the common spaces are nice for group events. Wish we had a larger designated yoga room.
