The City of Bowie rests eighteen miles east of Washington D.C. It’s only been 4 days but the move-in was easy and the property is beautiful. I most looking forward to using the gym and movie theatre. When summer comes we plan to enjoy the salt water pool. The residents and staff are pleasant. We are enjoying staffing in what feels like a 5 star hotel.

Aspen at Melford town center is a phenomenal place to call home. The staff is top notch, professional, and very attentive to the needs of the residents. The facilities are clean and 5 star resort like. The views as you walk around the property and the lake are picturesque and peaceful. The neighbors and their furry family members are kind, friendly, and respectful. I truly love it here. If you’re looking for a great community to call home this is it. 30 mins from Baltimore and downtown Washington DC. Too many stores, restaurants, and places of interest in between to name.

We have lived here since August 2024 and we have enjoyed it so much. Having a large parking garage onsite is very convenient. The building is very well maintained and they keep it very clean. My favorite part is living right by some water with a walking trail around it. It’s tucked away in a new and upcoming area. Definitely worth a look inside and consider making this place your home.

This place gives hotel vibes. It is beautiful, clean and smells amazing. The staff were so helpful. I love that maintenance came to my unit and explained how everything worked (like the water flow censors). The apartment staff were equally amazing and helpful. Wonderful experience.

Just moved in but all good so far. Helpful staff, clean amenities, and friendly neighbors. I enjoy being halfway in-between DC and Annapolis. There is a lot of development around the building, so it's only going to get better.

Access from the parking garage to my apartment is easy, I’ve also found another route to access my apartment it is very convenient. This community has been welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. The leasing office has been tentative and super friendly at every turn of the way. The location of the apartments are in a quiet community with shopping and restaurants within 10 minutes, or there is the ability to take a nice walk by the lake the second you walk out of the door. These apartments provide a luxury finish and quality customer service...and Aspen has been a wonderful place to call home.

Can't think of one bad thing to say about this apartment community. The move in process was a breeze thanks to Julia and everyone else involved in the Leasing Office, the apartment was clean upon arrival, and the availability of a loading dock as well as several different carts made the move-in process seamless. Since this is a brand new apartment community everything is super nice and in great condition, and you can tell management really cares about how this place looks and operates. The apartment community has a nice gym, theater, business center, and a pool area that just opened in perfect time for the summer. The pool area also has multiple grills and outdoor seating arrangements for hanging out while grilling. Overall, this place is awesome and I would highly recommend to anyone.

I have been living her for about 2 weeks and I am truly loving this place. My favorite thing is the prime location of these apartments. I am close to many cities and there is little to no traffic in this area. Great place to live.

Everything has been amazing so far! Very quiet and secure. I moved in my apartment a couple of days ago or so and have met some of my neighbors and they are all nice, the property itself is just spectacular and just all around beautiful!
