It has been a very clean living space so far. Any of the maintenance I or my roommates have put in have been resolved almost immediately, so I am never left calling multiple times asking for someone to come check on a maintenance issue.

I’ve lived here for a month now and I love it here! The staff are very welcoming and cooperative with us. One thing I will say is that our dryer hasn’t been working since we moved in and they’re taking awhile to give us a new one.

My first couple weeks were good. The apartment was relatively clean and ready for us. Aside from a couple obvious marks from construction and the dishwasher didn’t drain the first time we ran it, I like my apartment.

I will say the amenities are nice but for the price they are charging is ridiculous my apartment was disgusting and stuff was broken. The walls are very thin as well I can hear everything from other people apartments to whoever is in the hall.

It was nice I stayed In a 5x5 and there was a decent amount of room, there was only one elevator tho and the main building that had the parking garage and amenities wasn’t open so that kinda sucked.

The apartment itself looks good, but there were issues with our bathroom that we had. Furthermore, there was an issue with maintenance taking a long time to address an issue. Outside of that, the community is fine.

Overall, Aspen Heights has been an enjoyable place to live. The bedrooms are a little small but the size of the closets and bathrooms and amount of storage in the common places more than makes up for it. They also do more for the residents (events, goody bags, etc) than any other apartment building in the area.

The building is in solid condition and maintenance requests are addressed swiftly. Only problem I have had is that one of the bathrooms had a slightly defective bathtub that has started to leak recently.
