The Collective has really nice amenities, especially the gym and pool area. The maintenance team responds quickly to requests and the staff are friendly and communicative!

Very nice renovations and set up. Decent living experience and location in relation to OU campus. Can be very difficult to get real responses from the employees. They constantly send emails about keeping the community in tip-top shape however, they do not clean the gym and amenities they provide. Fines for every little thing.

I have lived here for over 2 years and I love it!! The management and staff at the front desk are just so welcoming and make me feel like their best friend when I walk in the lobby door. They are always so accommodating! I love it here :)

Pretty good. Some roommates can be better than others. Beds are kinda loud and thin floors are the worst things. But I would recommend- I renewed anyway

Great place to live as a college student! Great amount of space and quiet neighborhood. Lots of community events which are always fun! Requests take a while to be fulfilled and you may have to be pushy to get a response.

Good place to live and very close to campus! It only takes me five minutes to get to campus. The staff in the office are very helpful and nice.

I have loved staying here! I love being so close to the clubhouse, and all of the fun things are so near, like the pool and volleyball courts! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to call home!
