I have had a great experience living at aspen. It is so homey and the amenities are amazing and well-kept. I love living with my best friends inna town-home style apartment. The kitchen is a great space for cooking and hosting, and the half bath on the bottom floor is perfect for guests. I will be resigning here!

Aside from the occasional noice, cockroaches, and trash laying around I absolutely love it here and renewed my lease for next year! Maintenance is very on top of it and friendly and great place for pets.\

The pool is nice and the utilities are new. The bug problem is definitely an issue. We have had multiple issues with roaches/fleas/beetles/ etc.

I have loved living here. The first year was rough solely due to other people in the community, which was out of the staffs control. This second year has been great. I love my place and roommates. Being in a townhome feels way homier than an apartment. The space is new and modern.

I Love it at Aspen. It is a great community. Study rooms are great. Many restaurants are within walking distance. Campus is a 5 min drive away.

The management and quality of the units are very poor. The trash service is also poor always making a mess in front of our unit. The maintenance team are very rude. The AC has broken many times during the summer without any way to contact the maintenance team or any emergency maintenance while the temperature outside was above 80 degrees. I’ve lived at Aspen for a year now. I’m one of the lucky ones, my unit isn’t loud, maintenance always comes quickly, my mail doesn’t get lost, my unit is still beautiful with no damage. They’re probably gnna get better too after the first year. I like it

The apartments are cute and the amenities are okay but those are the only positive things I have to say about this complex. Poor management, building construction, and maintenance. Very noisy and oftentimes dirty from constant frat parties. Do not recommend.

Awesome residency, I love Aspen Heights because it is such a community. Fraternities in Greek life make this such a great experience. Will definitely be re-signing my lease next semester. I love being able to look at the nice colored buildings Aspen has along with the gym and pool being so close. The ping pong table along with complementary coffee is such a great thing given to us by Aspen.

Sloppy construction and terrible management

Townhouses were constructed poorly, and it's likely that you will get any of the following issues: bug infestations, broken A.C. units, loud neighbors, and more. Avoid this place at all costs. I do not know a single resident in the complex that is actually satisfied with their living conditions.

Poor customer service and unstructured business

Absolutely awful customer service, and disrespectful managers that purposefully ignore your emails and simple requests. They don’t bother to respond to emails, and if you ask for a request, they say they will try to accommodate it but never actually do so unless you bring it up to them about 100 more times. Half of the townhomes are being delayed and the majority of residents aren’t able to move in until 2-3 weeks after the initial move in date. Good luck trying to talk to them about a minor problem you would like to get resolved because they’re not going to fix it. Never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service by individuals who have no clue what they’re doing. Don’t sign here if you want to deal with college students and incompetent managers that don’t know how to do their job :)
