Amazing people, great place to live and the snacks are an amazing bonus
Love staying here, the people at the front are amazing and always helpful, very open about everything and a great living experience overall. If you're a WSU student, a great place to live, just across the campus, easy access, has a bus stop and pretty accessible. Definetly recommend ??

good place to live for students
I was a student there and it’s not that bad. For myself I only paid the rent and like $20 a month on utilities. I’m pretty sure they pay by building and they pay for a portion of it and that’s why. Overall pretty great place, staff was super friendly and helpful, and the pool is pretty cool.

Beware
Your utilities will be $200. They'll say they are looking into it. But without them actually covering the cost, nothing can be done with poor construction. They were built fast and inefficient. Air can even be felt blowing through doors. After several months of "looking into it" the bills are piling up.
